We had the upper floor of a two story property. The directions to the location were good and the lock box worked as expected. The guest house was in excellent condition with all needed amenities. The balcony had a great outlook and was well equipped. The location is close to the beach and center of Hana. We never actually met the...

Two years ago we stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom unit with another couple and this time it was just the two of us and we stayed in the lower unit. Great get-a-way and a wonderful way to begin our 2 weeks on Maui. the unit(s) had everything you could need. Please remember this is the tropics, bring or purchase...

This place is the 3rd house up a little hill from the ocean. You have a nice view from the deck. Furnishings are high end. They have redone the house beautifully. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only complaint is that if you notice the picture the window that would be closest to us has no shade....

what a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to Hana Bay, and a mile from The Hasagawa general store. You can see and hear the ocean from the lanai! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing couple of days in magical Hana.

We stayed at Hale Kukuna II in October 2014 for two nights. Great accommodation. We had tried to book the 1 bedroom, but it was already booked so the owner gladly offered to lock the second bedroom and gave us the 2 bedroom for the 1 bedroom price. The house is situated on a large pond with a peekabo view...

We recommend staying down in Hāna for at least a night or two. You can take your time driving here, then rest up and hit the Black and Red Sand beaches plus the Seven Sacred Pools, etc. at your pace. When we booked a stay at the Kula Lodge, we asked for their recommendation for Hāna and they pointed us...

We spent June 1-3 in Hale Kukuna I. The house was very clean, well equipped, and sufficient for two nights. Kitchen was especially well equipped although we did not need to cook for our short stay. Not being familiar with other rentals in the area, I'd suspect this property compares well. The pros: -- Good size and nice location. --...

Three of us stayed here at the end of March. The space and furnishings were of the standard you would have in your own home, a kitchen/dining area and lounge with everything you could possibly need, spotlessly clean and all windows and doors with insect screens so you can get a breeze through - much better than air conditioning. From...

We spent 2 nights in Hale Kukuna I in March. The condo is beautifully furnished; I wish my kitchen and bathroom were as lovely. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. We would have liked to have more closet space. The location was good and we could see the ocean from the condo; in fact, I watched the daybreak through the palms....

We stayed 1 night here and it was perfect..the house is very well kept and updated...it was easy to find and was close enough yet far enough away from everything..we drove down the street to the elementary school and parked there...followed the path across the field and you can go left and down to the beach or stay on the...
