I was happy to experience the the improved WIFI connection! This has always been one of my favorite places to stay. It's very quiet with stunning views and lots things to do. Housekeeping doesn't use bleach. TIP: I get a spray bottle of Clorox and remove the mold that creates a smell in the kitchen sink & cabinets, showers, windows...

The Cliffs is a timeshare community in the center of Princeville. It is a quiet place with large, nicely renovated rooms (we had a 2 bed/2 bath). The resort people are nice as well. The pool is cute, but small. So, we chose other places for water fun. There is no beach at this resort as it is on a...

I was very disappointed with the front desk personnel. They were not friendly or welcoming at all. Also, this facility has lots of hidden charges! Nothing here is free. The rooms are nice, but the lack of good customer service takes a lot away from facility.

Plenty of room in our one bedroom condo. Full kitchen allows for fun trips to the near by farmers markets. Washer/dryer in unit. Beautiful grounds with lovely views of the ocean, sunsets, and sunrises. Great pool. We love it at the Cliffs!

We are timeshare owners and traded for this property. We were pleased with the spaciousness of the 1 bedroom plus loft - plenty of space for our family of 4. The furnishings were updated and lovely. The balconies were a treat, especially our views of the mountains with their abundant waterfalls after every rain. The location in Princeville is definitely...

Miserable. Hot and humid and there is no air in these 4.5 star units- deal breaker for us. Who wants to be hot and sweaty while trying to relax in a condo? Assumed that nice condos in Princeville would have air conditioning. Extremely disappointed that we didn't stay at a hotel.

This is our first time at The Cliffs and I was worried because not the best reviews. That being said, we were pleasantly surprised and liked the resort. We traded through interval so didn't expect a lot re room and view but we got a 1 br and loft with 2 baths and a decent ocean view. Very happy. The...

We really enjoyed our rental we got through Travelzoo for 5 nights at the Cliffs. The front desk staff was so friendly, we were able to rent DVDs of movies filmed on Kauai which was fun for the rainy afternoon we spent inside. The grounds are pretty with lawn chairs out on the actual cliffs with great views. They have...

I have stayed at The Cliffs 3 times now over the last 6 years and it is so awesome that I'm not sure I could stay in another condo in Kauai and be more happy. The location is beautiful and convenient to everything in the north shore including my favorite little town of Hanalei. The units have always been meticulously...

This is the only condo property I have stayed at in Hawaii that was difficult to leave. My kids didn't want to leave either!!! We really enjoyed our time at the Cliffs!!! This place is peaceful with wild Nenes running around the expansive backyard of our condo!! My boys loved playing tennis, basketball, and swimming in the pool. The location...
