I really wanted to give this place more than 3 stars but we stayed during a particularly warm week and the lack of A/C made a difference. I understand that it's not uncommon for condos in Kauai to only have fans but it made for a particularly uncomfortable stay two days during the two warmest days of our stay. Once...

Aloha, I agree, Kaua’i has had very humid weather from Tropical Cyclone Ela that passed by the Hawaiian Islands. Unfortunately, that is what we have to expect living in the beautiful tropics. The Cliffs does provide additional room fans, if needed. We also recommend leaving your glass doors open with screen doors closed, this way you will get a nice...

The Cliffs is an amazing place to stay in kaui. There pool is great, their pool has water falls, there are 3 pools in total all of them are amazing. The wifi in your room/condo is very very bad it is slow it takes hours and hours to move sometime you're lucky and the wifi works perfectly. This is the...

We stayed in 7301 and it was amazing. They had everything we needed and did not have to rent any equipment. The owners were so kond and easy to rent from. We would stay here again anytime. There was a lot to do there, swimming, tennis, pickle ball and so much more. The front desk has free movies to use.

We stayed for four nights in a spacious remodeled loft unit with views of avocado, papaya and banana trees off our third floor lanai. There's no A/C but the steady tradewinds and overhead fans kept the unit cool and comfortable throughout our tropical vacation on Kauai's moody, lush north shore. The Cliffs has a great location with some ocean view...

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, & in one of our newly remodeled units. So far buildings 1-2 have been completed and they have great trade winds with the trees close by. We look forward to seeing you for a third year at The Cliffs! Aloha Nui Loa

Spent a week in a 2 bedroom condo. Very nice recently updated. Pool had a soothing waterfall. Beautiful sunset view from Adirondack chairs overlooking ocean from cliff top. Entire staff was very nice and helpful!! Close to many of the north side of Kauai sites. Pristine beaches nearby!! This was our first visit to Kauai and we hope to visit...

We rented at Cliffs through a real estate agency-- Ocean Realty. We were so pleased with our accommodations -- great ocean view, spacious, and very well furnished condo. The living room, kitchen, and of course the lanai faced the ocean. Our visit was in early June and we absolutely enjoyed the beautiful and refreshing breeze that the trade winds brought...

This was our second timeshare exchange on Kauai, but first time staying in Princeville. If we could exchange back here next year we would be back! We had a 1 bedroom unit and were delighted with the spaciousness and two bathrooms. The bed was comfortable, good quality/high count linens, sliding door in the bedroom on east side and living room...

We are pleased that you had a nice stay with us. I have to agree , our one bedroom units are very spacious and we try to give it that “just like home” feeling . I am also glad you had a fun time at our Monday Night Welcome Reception. That is a time we like our guest to sit...

We booked this hotel because of the spectacular ocean view pictures of the room. The reality is day and night different from that. There is no view (the front desk said "we don't guarantee the ocean view". The reality is that this property only has very few ocean view units and only time share guests would be able to get...

Aloha Ms Chen , I apologize we did not have an ocean view available on your check in day. It looks like you made your reservation through booking.com & you are correct, we do not guarantee an Ocean View Unit. The photo you posted was from our newly renovated unit 2206. By the design of our property; 7 out of...

Watching the sunset over the cliffs every night was one of the high lights of our trip. It was absolutely gorgeous! The condo was very spacious. If you're willing to hike the steep cliffs it's well worth it! The snorkeling and cave is amazing!

Beautiful views and great location. Grounds are well maintained, very clean and staff is friendly. The workout room is small but plenty of machines and a view of the pool which is very nice. Walking, hiking and running trailers are numerous and the grounds are a perfect distraction to quickly get you into vacation mode. Condo with kitchen was spacious,...

Aloha, I am glad you were able to make use of our fitness center. I must agree though, nothing beats that Princeville walking/jogging path. The mountain views are breathtaking. We hope to see you again in the future .
