My husband and I stayed for 4 days (before heading to the South Shore the last part of our stay) in early March. We just love the island and had honeymooned here in the fall.
We quickly discovered that late-winter/early-spring is a more windy and...More

The resort itself was nice however I would likely not return to this area of the island or the resort.
*great kids pool, pools, and hot tub
*pleasant grounds and waterfalls with koi
*very close to the golf course (if you golf)

This resort is on a cliff between Hanalei and Anini Beach. Because of the cliff, I would not walk to either beach. Hanalei is 10 minutes away with a series of one way bridges making it not speedy, but the views are stunningly beautiful and lots of beach access with waves, Anini Beach is fabulous and more shallow and calm and 5 minutes away. Both are worth seeing, but you need a car.
