Fabulous condo! Waterfront, we could watch the whales. This unit is very clean and well equipped. It even has beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. We will be adding a beach umbrella. This complex is oceanfront, however the units 101 and 201 have limited views. Our unit is set back about 30 feet from units 203, 204 so the...

I recently spent a week in Kauai and stayed at the Poipu Palms condominiums. It was outstanding! The views were absolutely incredible. The furnishings were lovely and typical Hawaiiian. It was easy to find with ample parking. I didn't have any of the other problems that some reviewers had. The placed was clean, well equipped, and smelled great. Going to...

We booked unit 204 through Great Vacation Retreats. They were great to work with and also made arrangements for some discounted tours and discounted rental car. I would not hesitate to work with them again. As for unit 204, the condo is decorated tastefully, This served as a great home base for a family of four...two early teens' two late...

We stayed in Unit 204. This unit has a beautiful view however it needs to be updated. It is clean on the surface but needs a good overall cleaning. Kitchen floor, cupboards and countertops need replacing. Pool is small but clean. A very quiet complex. Parking is not a problem. Centrally located for shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in unit 104. One reviewer said in 2006 that it needed updating. Nothing has changed since then. The carpet is stained and smells musty and the cushions inside and out need replaced in a big way. The bathroom is outdated and seemed to be falling apart. That said, the kitchen was very well stocked and there is in...

We had a great stay and the people from Irvine sound like snoots and out of shape. The steps are no problem at all and you can park right next to the entrance to the ramp which is so convenient. There was an older couple next door and they had no problem with the stairs. The day bed in the...

Some other reviewers have said this is like a home away from home; I can only wonder what kind of place those poor individuals live in. This unit is oceanfront, with the waves breaking on rocks just outside the balcony, and its height allows for great views of the ocean. Within a few minutes of arriving, we could see whales...

The lanai had a great view through the palms and was very spacious. We spent a lot of time there. Both bedrooms were roomy but the tub / toilet area was very cramped. Our biggest disappointment was that we thought we were getting two qreen beds, but in fact, the master was a king and the other bedroom had two...

We booked our stay on Kauai in August of 2007 with Suite Paradise. We requested a 2 bdr/2 bath condo at Poipu Shores and paid for it. I confirmed the reservation 3 weeks before our arrival and was told that everything was set. When we arrived we were told that they were putting us in Poipu Palms, which is down...

My family just recently returned from a two week stay at Poipu Palms #304 in Kauai. I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that there are absolutely no issues with this condo. There were no bugs at all during the entire time my family stayed there; everything was in perfect working order, and the vacation couldn't have...
