My husband and I stayed here for 6 days in March of 2017. The room we booked was very simple, but it had everything we needed. The breakfast was very simple, it consisted of toast, oranges and pineapple. The pool area was great and there were hammocks as well. One thing that was just fantastic about The Kauai Inn was...

Stayed here for 4 nights for our stay on Kauai. It was close to the airport and other locations we needed to visit and the price was much more reasonable than other places. It's definitely off the main road (a park and residential near by). Rooms were older but were clean and staff was friendly (as was the one resident...

Stayed one night in a room during a business trip, looking for an inexpensive place to stay close to Lihuie and this was perfect for that. Pluses – Friendly staff at the front desk, and a clean but not luxurious room. Not sure if it had air conditioning or not but had slatted windows that provided plenty of cool air....

The Kauai Inn is our favorite place to stay in Kauai. It is nice and quiet, very clean, and the staff is absolutely outstanding. We will continue to stay here whenever we visit the island of kauai. Outstanding. Love this place

We stayed here for one night during our recent trip to Kauai. After five nights at the Westin Princeville, I guess we were a little spoiled. The room was clean but very dated, small bathroom, very old carpet. But the bed was good and linens clean, and we picked it for its proximity to the airport.

We needed a relatively affordable overnight option and this did the job (though in Kauai, even "affordable" is too much money). It's not a resort though. You have to drive through shipping zone but once you're there, the territorial views from room and pool are quite pleasant. Pool was too cold in February (I wish they'd use a solar cover...

We came into Kauai late and decided to stay near the airport before we set out for our VRBO on the west side the next day. Service was great - people friendly. The property is dated but was functional for an over night.

First up- this is not a fancy resort like what you would find in Poipu or Princeville. It's an old, family-owned and operated inn. This is the perfect place for those who are in Kauai to explore and experience the island and need a place to crash at the end of the day. It's clean and safe. Grounds are well...

We spent Thanksgiving night there and the next. It's an older property by the port with trucks being loaded off the ships all day and into the night. The beeping goes on and on. It is also by a park close to the small boat harbor. At 3:00 in the morning partiers were talking loudly and driving off playing loud...
