This is a great little hidden gem. It's the furthest north hotel in the Kapaa area and right in the town. Small property, perhaps 24 units total. We had ocean view, and there is a nice walking/bike path that runs a couple of miles in either direction between the hotel and the ocean. Onsite staff very friendly and helpful. They...

Motel style bordering a public walking/biking path along the ocean. Excellent grounds and pool area. Beachfront units have great views. Major renovations planned to upgrade building and add a third storey. Existing finishes are rough around the edges. Management available and very friendly. Great atmosphere. Coolers, bikes and light breakfast complementary. Definitely would return. Great, peaceful vibe.

The location is very nice and that's about the best of it. The sinks couldn't be shut. The bathtub didn't work at all. The bed must have been 50 years old. We found old socks under it. The lights dind't work all. The people try to be very nice. The little breakfast opportunities they serve can only be used, when...

Loved our stay. We had ocean breezes, sound of the waves and such a beautiful view. Just foot steps to the ocean. Watched a spear fisherman almost every morning. The location of this quaint motel is perfect. You are able to walk to the small town of Kapaa and enjoy there restaurant and shops. With Kapaa being centrally located it...

We just loved this place. What a great base for exploring the island. Rooms were beautiful with great views. Such a relaxing feel. But the best part was having a laugh with lil Peggy each morning over the free and delicious breakfast. Thanks for great memories. sam and lisa Australia

Liked our stay here. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to the beach which is great for catching the sunrise. Rooms were nice and modern and the ocean view wall was all glass. Parking was a tad tricky at times but was included.

Spent a week here while attending the great JP Allen's Harmonica retreat - which is held at the wonderful Coral Reef Resort, the perfect venue. The Resort has a lovely setting looking out over a lush lawn, the sea and bike/walking path. The Hawaii vibe! Hosts are efficient, helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Some great restaurants nearby....

Lovely pre- breakfast snack each morning, that included local fruits and fare. They provided all the beach and recreation basics as well. We will...

We had never been to Hawai'i before, so we didn't know what to expect when we arrived at the Hotel Coral Reef, especially since we arrived very late. We found an envelope taped to the office door with a lovely note welcoming us to the hotel, our room keys and instructions to check in the next morning. It felt very...

Perched on a gorgeous coral reef area, great for snorkeling, our intimate setting allows you to connect and reflect with "The Garden Island's" natural beauty. Direct access to the Ke Ala Hele Makalae ("the path that goes by the coast") allows you to bike, walk, run, or stroll the magnificent East-side coastline.
