Hilton Walkoloa Village is a beautiful resort , and very big. For towers further from the lobby, you can take tram or boat to there. Large resort is not the concern, but dining on-site is very expensive not mention extra daily resort fee and daily $25 parking fee. I prefer staying in upper floors. I am a Hilton Gold member,...

We just returned from 3 days at the Hilton Waikoloa. Two adults; two teens. If you don't have kids with you, I'd stay elsewhere. What we liked: The lagoon in the am for snorkeling- lots of turtles. Mini golf was fun. Exploring the amazing grounds; lots of art and beautiful landscapes to see. Lunch or dinner at the Lagoon Grill...

Beautiful grounds, the palace tower rooms are dated, the property is so spread out it needs a tram to get around. There were only 2 checking clerks at all times, we stayed 10 days. Everything is expensive. The Italian restaurant had "plastic " table cloth, food was not great but, charged as a 5 star restaurant

Stayed in the Lagoon Towers the week of March 1. Fantastic stay for the whole family. We were able to watch the whales just off shore from the room (upgraded room for being HHonors Gold), which was one of our highlights of the trip. Of course, this is only a winter activity, but worth timing your trip to Hawaii. Property...

We visited here in 2008 with our family and returned this year in March....kids are all older (one married) and was a good chance to come back with them as adults. We had 3 rooms in the Lagoon Tower, last time we stayed in the Ocean Tower. Lagoon tower was much better mainly due to location, right in the middle...

We stayed at this resort for three nights. Although it is a beautifully pointed resort it is extremely expensive! Our last night we were booked into the Kuala restaurant, beautiful view of the Sunset. We started with the daily appetizer of Champagne and Prawns, $25.00 per person we got one glass of bubbly and one small prawn each we paid...

Tod, I appreciate your review of your recent stay at our hotel. While we do not have a Kuala restaurant at the resort, I understand that cost was of concern, and I am sharing your feedback with the appropriate members of our team so that we can make it right for future guests. Thank you for your review. Kind Regards,...

We have stayed at this hotel before and went this time to check it out for a trip for kids and grandkids. I think it will be perfect. The large pool, which I understand has a max. capacity of 2200 is unusually shaped, with waterfalls, grottos and slides. There are hot tubs to enjoy, a bar to serve you and...

My mother, sister, and I just came back from vacation and we stayed at this hotel because my mothers company picked it for their convention this year. The price we paid to stay here compared to the hotel was not completely worth it. Don't get me wrong the view was beautiful and it's Hawaii, so how much is there to...

This hotel has to be seen to believed from the size, to it's location surrounded by the ocean, incredible grounds & amenities. A train or a boat tranports you through numerous garden oasis by dolphn ponds, a private inlet beach where you can snorkel, paddle board, etc. then there too many pools to count with water features sure to delight...

We stayed at the Hilton for 5 nights in March. We typically do not stay at resort properties, but decided to stay at the Hilton since we have a 3 year old and saw the great reviews for family vacations. The property did not disappoint with great pools, water slides and a lagoon that allowed us to take her out...
