This hotel is massive! It is a very long walk from the lobby to rooms and monorail is slow. Food was great, but prepare to empty your wallet. Service was great! Even got upgraded to the maki tower on the third night of our week long stay, which was much closer to all amenities with an awesome view of the...

I did not get the room advertised on your website and had to pay $80 more a night. When an area is advertised I expect to get that area but was given a room further away and because of my disabilities would have had a longer walk so in order to get the room specified I had to pay a...

I use to be a housekeeper and this place is extremely clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Its a big resort area and it'll definitely take more than a couple of days to check out. The room is slightly out of date especially the bathroom, there is no standing shower. Overall it was a great experience.

We returned from the resort two weeks ago. This was our 4th trip to this resort. We are Hilton honor members which is why we have not checked out any other properties in Waikoloa or the rest of Big Island. Let me start by sharing that the resort is a stand alone property about 20 min drive north of the...

I like a condo but some times you need a filler room for a couple days. This is a very lovely hotel that has its own tram. But if you miss the tram you can walk just as fast. It has nice pools, and a man made beach that's not bad. The rooms are lnice size but for the life...

We were very pleased with the prompt and careful service we received. We have visited many times before because of your reasonable Kama'aina discounted rates. We would appreciate if they did not increase.

I should have worked out that this place would not be as good as expected just by how hard the website is to navigate. The resort is situated in a very nice location and is presented well, but that's about where it ends. It is unnecessarily big and there really isn't that much to do (there is not even a...

One of a kind hotel, with very expansive swimming lagoons, walking trails, restaurants, cultural artifacts, etc. Stayed here 5 nights and really enjoyed the different attractions. The resort is also centrally located with easy access to golf courses, shopping centers, beaches, etc. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with both western and Asian style food offerings.

Hilton Waikoloa Hotel This Hotel is truly a resort in that there are many aspects for a multitude of desires and abilities. It covers many acres along the ocean's shore of black volcanic rock, extends inland where there are many different pools. One has a beach with real sand where the water comes in from the ocean, so it has...

This was a very big hotel. It's so big that it has it's own monorail. But everything is also in walking distance. We stayed at the Ocean tower which was way on the other end of the hotel, facing the golf course and if you were up high enough you can see some ocean. This tower must be the first...
