The Hilton Waikola Village is a beautiful resort with great service, beautiful setting, and plenty of attractions, but it doesn't have a sand beach which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. The staff is absolutely amazing. Great service from everyone we interacted with! We stayed in the Ocean Tower, and it was nice and spacious....

I grew up on the Big Island, so staying at the Hilton was always such a huge treat! I spent my Winterballs and Proms here for years! This past December, my sister (who now lives in Washington State) came home with my niece so we decided that it would be fun to spend a night/day down at the hotel. When...

We stayed over thanksgiving. We booked an ocean view room in the ocean tower. When we arrived we found they were doing extremely loud jackhammering construction all day directly in front of our room. We had to argue repeatedly with the staff to get moved to another room (they kept try to move us to the conference center, or a...

We stayed at the ocean towers and we had a great stay. This was our first time visiting the hawaiian Islands and we really enjoyed staying at the Hilton. If you are eating out every day it can get very pricy, but having multiple restaurants, as well as a fantastic supermarket on the grounds, gives you options for any budget....

We booked Christmas day luau at the Hilton and are so very glad we did. We've done a number of luaus but this was the best. We opted for the more expensive package and that, too, we were glad of. Sometimes it's really not worth the extra cost but this time it was. Our seating was closer to the stage,...

The hotel is a great place to stay, clean rooms and a great view. We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately everything is incredibly expensive, like the food and drinks on the property. Also I think it's ridiculous that a hotel like this doesn't have a convenience room or a simple shower you can use after check-out and before a...

It is really a big hotel complex. There were so many swimming pools, water sports, dolphin encounters, restaurants and so on. The museum walk from the lobby to the Palace Tower has so many statues and sculpures from Asia. The pond at the ocean tower has so many fish. The both service within the hotel compound runs between 2 pm...

Transportation inside the hotel property was slow at times. Direction to the transportation docks would be helpful. There were late updates for when transportation was cancelled...There were no towels at poolside.

My husband and I returned from our stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village over a week ago, and I still cannot stop thinking about what a phenomenal time we had! After doing a lot of research on various resorts, we decided to book our vacation at the HWV, and we are thrilled that we did. I read numerous reviews on...
