My husband and I, along with Our Daughter, her husband and our Grandson stayed in villa i23. It was extremely clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was modern and well maintained. The pool which was located right opposite the condo was gorgeous with beautiful flowers and greenery surrounding it. We all enjoyed some very scenic coastal walks most days, and spent lots of fun times at the nearby beach. The shops, both kings and queens were also located within a short walking distance. We would certainly return to this condo and would recommend it to couples and families.
Luxury units complete with BBQ, pool table, next door to pool and hot tub, and short walk to an on-site fitness centre. Well manicured grounds make this place easy to fall in love with. Across the road from the Queens Market and walking distance to the Lava Lava beach clubs make location excellent. The pool passes to the Hilton are also awesome!!
We stayed 5 nights here and loved it. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There are 2 pools with one being salt water. There's a great gas grill on the patio. The community had shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and great beach access.
We had a wonderful stay at the most well appointed 3 bed 3 bath townhouse we have ever stayed in. Our family of seven enjoyed our two week stay in townhouse #o4. Walking distance to shops, both King and Queen mall. Movies, restaurants, market for all your groceries. Short drive to the beach. Over looking the golf course, grill on the lania, great pool and gym.
We JUST got back from our 2018 Hawaiian vacation, after lodging here in Unit C23 for 9+ days. We booked with Resortica.com. This condo is located in a great spot in Waikoloa, in close proximity to BEAUTIFUL beaches on Hawaii, and walking distance to the Queen's Market for food/groceries. I think we would ONLY stay in Waikoloa in future visits. C23 is an upstairs unit overlooking one of the 2 pools, with mostly new furniture, updated nicely, very well stocked with beach equipment, towels, extra pillows, blankets, washer/dryer, etc. It has 2 bedrooms, one a suite, other next to it's bathroom. We enjoyed the keyless locks for both the gate and condo entry. With this unit, you receive a parking spot, but ours was sometimes used by workers, allowing us no spot to park; kinda frustrating when it's included. We had ample space for the 6 of us, with the extra loft with 2 twin beds (the kids said were comfy) for our kids to use as their space. The kitchen was well used with a water/ice disp that we used daily. The oven had it's issues which we relayed to management. Management was always quick to respond to issues such as the parking spot, oven issue, etc. Included with your stay is a Hilton pass to enjoy their fun pool/towels/slide. (you could still use their lagoon without the pass) I think this pass is like $100/day, if you don't have this pass/card, so, nice perk included. The pools are really nice, warm, but can get crowded with people during certain times. The flies were pesky around the pool. A few notes of improvement, if I'm being super picky: a few more items in the starter pack (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage liners), better cooler for beach use, ironing table, better cutlery in kitchen, the unit isn't well insulated, so be prepared to mind your noise after 10 and before 8, better lighting in the entire unit (including light bulb replacement), better upkeep/cleaning of kitchen/bath mats, possibly new towels (kinda had a 'stink' smell EVEN AFTER washing), and mattress replacement... --again, being super picky, if they didn't fix any of these things, I'd still come back! If you stay here, you will NOT be disappointed. It's up to date, clean, with tons of space for a full family. Cannot wait to come back.…
