We just got back from a week long trip to the Big Island and loved Halii Kai 14C! This is our 3rd visit to Halii Kai but our first in this unit and it was the best! It is a 2 bed/2 bath upscale ground floor unit with an ocean view. The lanai has a lovely view of the ocean...

We were thrilled with our 11 night stay at Hali'i Kai. Our family of four had a two room unit (Unit 4B) on the first floor unit managed by Abbey Vacation Rentals. It was well stocked, in great condition and was perfect for us. The location could not be beat. The pool was well suited for adults and children. Some...

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is great. Very close to the airport, shopping centre, and local beaches. I do recommend stopping in Kailua-Kona for groceries as the Queens Marketplace can be fairly expensive. The pool area is beautiful. The sunsets from here are spectacular!! There is no direct beach access (entirely rock and very rough surf); however, the...

We stayed 3 weeks and loved every minute. Location is convenient to many beautiful beaches and hiking spots. The pool and spa are first class, with ocean views. There is a small fitness pavilion that has beautiful ocean views. The restaurant is very good and the employees throughout the resort are very friendly. Located right next to the huge Hilton,...

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids) stayed in 10E for 5 nights. Lovely property and the unit was clean and spacious, and very well appointed. The pool and spa were great. My 8 year old wanted to go to the pool every day. Location is wonderful, near many lovely beaches and sites. I would definitely come...

We booked a unit at this property several months before we were heading to the Big Island through a well known owner booking site. We sent in our down-payment as requested by the owner. When we had not received check-in details a week before so we contacted the owner. He had never heard of us. It turns out that his...

My family of 5 stayed here for one week. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen. It was truly perfect in everyway. The location was very convenient, close to the local beaches and shopping. A few steps away was the clubhouse that had a beautiful pool, spa, gorgeous ocean views, and cozy bar. This rental...

My family and I stayed in 14E 8/18/14-8/28/14. We had an AMAZING trip, but I do have some minor complaints as far as the condo. When we first walked in I immediately noticed that the sliding glass doors were dirty, not horrible, but not clean. The walls could definately benefit from some paint and the carpet needs either cleaned or...

We stayed here in July for 21 days, renting from unit 16G. I have nothing but wonderful things to stay about this place. From the moment I walked into the unit, I was pleased. It's very beautifully decorated and feels very comfortable, like a home away from home :) Honestly, this place is equipped with everything. 1. The kitchen is...

We stayed at Halii Kai for a week in September and really enjoyed our stay there. For the most part it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was not as well stocked with anything more than dishes, cutlery, glassware and a few assorted pots, pans and bowls. Fortunately we didn't spend much time preparing food. The pool and...
