We stayed in Hali'i Kai 2D and just loved it. It is beautifully furnished and has every kitchen appliance and utensil that I could think of. Even more than my home. It is on the golf course and the evening breezes were delightful. Waikoloa is near some of the best beaches in

We have been here several times, and have loved it each time. This is a great, low density condo community with beautifully manicured lawns and grounds, and a fantastic ocean front club house with pool and restaurant/bar. We often spot whales and dolphins while lounging at the

Liked the condo. Not crazy could not bring even a water bottle to the pool and forced to use the bar. Booked and paid for the condo and then was notified had to pay an additional $20 per day resort fee. Attempted to contact the agent many times and was ignored. The unit had st

We recently spent a week at Halii Kai. This is our third stay with them. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and provides excellent service. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We ate at the resort bar & grill a couple of times and enjoyed the meals and the

The condos are nice. They have everything you need plus very large rooms, but they are a bit dated. Also I didn't realise when I booked it is quite a distance to walk anywhere so you definitely need a rental car and they are expensive at $150 per day.
However the desk staff are

Do they offer grocery delivery?
No they don't. Most visitors stop by Costco on their way to the resort from the airport.

Hi, what are the pool/spa hours?
I’m so sorry, I don’t have an answer for that. We utilized those amenities very little. The pool and fitness center area are quite pretty! Enjoy your visit!

How far is the beach? Thank you
Property is on the beach. But much of the beach in the area are covered with volcano rocks. So pretty to look at but you can’t easily grab a towel and hang out. Our unit came with a pass to Hilton property next door which does have some areas of beach where you can walk on it and hang out as I recall.

How far is the beach? Thank you
Halii Kai has a spectacular shoreline worth a walk, but it is rocky. just 10 min up the road is Hapuna Beach, once rated top 10 in the world - worth the short drive and $5 parking fee. It is more swimmable than "A" beach at the Marriott .. watch for sea urchin stings at A beach. Hapuna has good snorkeling at the north end of the beach and utterly fantastic sand. Beyond that, the coastline is accessible in many places for varied beach experiences. But the best classic beach is Hapuna.

Hi, Julie. What would you like to know about this accommodation? Can you tell me if you booked this directly through the website or another travel agency? Were there accessible grocery shops within the area of the resort?
We booked through LUVA Realty and their service was second to none. I highly recommend them. We got some groceries in Kailua Kona at Costco, Walmart and Safeway. Foodland is our favourite grocery store on the island as we find the prices a little better. There is one located in nearby Mauna Lani. We also visited the larger one in Waimea when we were up that way.
