Stayed here after a disappointing time at the nearby Hilton. This is an adult friendly hotel which tries hard to please. Also a great place for families. Great rooms, nice location, decent price and they don't charge extra for parking. Enjoyed three pools, each at a different temperature, lovely and well maintained grounds, and a nearby beach directly from their... More

We chose to stay 5 nights at the Marriott on the first leg of our honeymoon island hopping holiday, and were very happy with our choice! Arriving on the eve of tropical storm Flossie the lobby had weather warning signs out and had closed the pool area for safety reasons. The staff were happy to answer any questions we had, as... More

We loved our stay and thank tripmasters for keeping best for the last. We got a nice beach facing room on 5 th floor so all we did when inside was to gaze the natural beauty that was available to us. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is huge. They have all the sea sport activity available right... More

We had booked the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa for our Honeymoon. Like everyone this is the first and expected to be memorable but never we felt special during the stay. I had requested for the room to be decorated with flowers & upgraded but when checked In they spoiled my element of surprise for my wife. They did not... More

This was the third stop on our honeymoon. We weren't really made a fuss of like the previous two (NY and Maui), but our stay was still very pleasant. Rooms are huge, comfortable beds, very clean and airy. I think all have balconies but the ones closer to the pool will be closer to the sea. Food in the restaurant... More

This was by far one of the best Marriotts I've ever stayed at from start to end. Reception was wonderful, there was lady giving leis at the door when you arrive. The room was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and the daily service was wonderful as was the turn-down service each night. It seemed to me that it was about... More

The service, support and accommodations at this property are lacking, not worth the money. Our first room was terrible, we had a view of a roof! We had to move two more times before we were given a suitable room, and it was marginal at best. I called the salon/spa in August 2013 and made appointments for hair and makeup... More

I have stayed at many marriott chain residence to JW or ritz and this is the worst for the money. From check-in to food service and housekeeping this place is lacking, the training must be poor as the staff just did not seem to care. Dirty room on arrival including what was obviously bedding which had not been changed, car... More

The staff was so friendly and helpful it made our trip much nicer. Great location for shopping. We agree with other posters that hotel and rooms need an update. The bed is quite low to the floor and if you have a handicap or injury this should be a consideration. Over the headboard is a glass screen and prevents a... More
