I very much enjoyed my stay at this resort. I am a Platinum Marriott memeber and this is one of the best Marriotts I have ever stayed at. The staff was great and always remembered my name, the spa was fantastic, and the property and beach were perfect. Shopping and several places to eat are in close walking distance (both...

Spring Break Vacay, had our 2 youngest boys with us, 10 and 13, they couldn't get enough of the pools, yes, I said beautiful POOLS. Gorgeous, breathtaking views. A short walk to our very own beach, A-Bay, you can watch the turtles sun bathing in the sand.Historical lands, beautiful native plants. Walk along the beach... We had the best Sunsets....

My husband and I stayed here for a week in April. The hotel itself was fine and the staff were universally hospitable, helpful, and competent. The restaurant wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. My criticisms have more to do with the beach facilities. The beach is beautiful and good for swimming. You have to get over a fairly flat...

Just spent a week here for our 10 year anniversary and it was awesome. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions. Hotel is clean and the beds are amazing. I read some reviews that the wifi didn't work but we had no problems at all. Someone said it seemed to work better with Android devices which...

We renewed our vows with Pele's Wedding & Events at the Marriott and everything was just perfect. Enoch and his team were wonderful and friendly. The location was amazing for a sunset wedding on the beach. A beautiful and romantic spot. Thank you so much.

This hotel proved to be a great choice the staff were friendly, beds were big and comfortable and the room was ideal with a balcony to sit and watch the world go by. We did a lot of trips and thought this was a good base. The bar was lively in the evening with good entertainment. Would definitely come back...

The Marriott Waikoloa Beach made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly and the hotel is conveniently located across from the Kings Shops and next to the Queens Marketplace. Parts of the hotel, including the room bathrooms could use some updating, but overall a nice stay and would return. The only complaint would be the...

We stayed at the Waikoloa Beach Marriot at the end of April - our first trip to The Big Island. It was a perfect location! Right on the beach, lots of trails and shopping within walking distance. We made a trip to the neighboring Hilton and were so glad we DID NOT stay there. Hotel could use a few upgrades,...

We recently travelled to the Marriott Waikoloa for our 25th wedding anniversary. A few weeks prior I called and asked the process for upgrading a room. I was informed that they would assign rooms and that she would see what she could do. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an ocean view room for free. The valets are the best....

room was clean and the bed was good. Nice views from the lobby as others have described. I am marriott member (not a super frequent traveler), but got a "garden view" that was poor (garden would have been fine, employee walkway not so much). Found the bar guys at Hawaii calls were upbeat and friendly (actually everyone we encountered was...
