stayed in the crater room in a group of five, beds were itchy and the blankets were full of dust and kept me awake all night. Breakfast options were limited. be prepared for a short walk if you dont have any transportation with you.

Location is the best thing about Volcano Inn. The Reason I am giving it two stars is that The bed and pillows were lumpy. Also, the sheet did NOT smell clean. Even my young child noticed it. She didn't want to go under the blanket. This is a simple, no frills accommodation, but cleanliness and comfortable beds are a must!

We stayed here a short two nights as a base for exploring the park. I loved the corner room! It had a great view of the forest and was very clean. The breakfast that they offer is fantastic! If you are looking for a place to stay while in Volocano, stay here!

This unique small place is perfect if you want to visit the Volcano National Park, it is located almost at the entrance of the park. The rooms are very clean and cozy and just eating a nice breakfast at their shared area is just perfect.

We stayed in the Nene room for 3 nights. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the smell of mildew. I figured it was just a way of life in the rainforest. We had the misfortune of spending our first in a very warm room. The room was equipped with not an AC unit, but a dehumidifier, which dried...

We are a family of 5 and the Volcano Inn was a wonderful place to set up camp for a few days exploring Volcano National Park. With bunk beds and a double bed, it gave us enough space to spread out. The lodge with fireplace and games was a nice respite at night. Breakfast (homemade banana bread!, papaya yogurt bowls,...

The location of this place is awesome! The ladies that took care of housekeeping are wonderful as well! Hot tub on location is clean and salt water. My family and I (six of us) stayed in the Geico Family room. This room was what I expected from the web site but, it was not very comfortable. It was very cramped,...

My 27-year-old daughter and I spent two nights at the Volcano Inn in mid-May, 2014. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty, mainly fruits and breads. The coffee was hot and strong. The whirlpool provided a nice place to relax after a day of hiking across lava rock in the national park. Volcano National Park...

We had a room off site for our family of five. Very clean and comfortable and only one mile from volcano national park! The breakfast was filling and healthy, and the hostess was so sweet. She even packed up extra banana bread for our 4 1/2 mile hike around the crater! You have to try the Thai Food truck parked...

We stayed here while visiting Volcano National Park. The room we stayed in was just outside the park. It was across the main road, a few blocks from the office. It was excellent. We had a corner room with large windows that looked out into a sort of rain forest. The room was very clean and neat. They also had...
