The Kamuela Inn is being renovated. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful. I was in a room that had not yet been renovated. I'm sure that after the renovations are complete, that I would rate my room excellent.

Aloha Highesthealth1, Yes, our renovations are still in progress and not expected to be complete until 2018, but the new look and rooms will be fabulous! Please be sure to visit again soon and ask for a remodeled room too. Best Regards, Edlyn Carvalho

It was better than I expected. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were updated. Clean. Had a kitchenette. It was the cutest place in a great town. Cute little breakfast area. Always has ice and water available. Staff is very friendly.

Our non-renovated room was definitely in need of an update. It had a tiny bathroom and very crowded bedroom with two twin beds (should have had a full size bed instead). The bathroom was inside our one bedroom so other guest staying in the living room/dining/kitchen area had to enter the bedroom to use it. Staff were very friendly and...

Recently spent 4 nights at the Kamuela Inn. I was there for a wedding and had a room next to my sister and brother in law. In General, the rooms were nicely updated. The tv was on the opening to the bedroom and the kitchen was too low and you have to duck to miss it if you are close...

Aloha tomkU5169HJ, I'm sorry about that one bad night during your stay and want to not only express my sincerest apology, but also clarify some information you may have been lacking prior to this review. On the night in question, at 9pm, my staff did request the guests turn down their music and to be mindful of other patrons. They...

We stayed here for two nights in a renovated room. It was great! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with just the right amenities. My sister in law had the renovated suite and it was awesome! It had a full kitchen and these great built in bunk beds. Great for families!

We booked a renovated room and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor. Beautiful stone shower and comfy, king size bed. I think the continental breakfast could be improved (just some cold eggs and breakfast cereal) especially since the room rate was nearly $200 USD.

Aloha otswnoop, Mahalo for your honest review. Our free continental breakfast usually has the following protein items-boiled eggs and portuguese sausage or turkey sausage, along with hot and cold cereals, 5 different types of breads, fresh fruits, yogurt, kona coffee and local mamaki teas. I'm wondering if you happened to come into breakfast at a time when they were in...

Room was very nice, Had a rustic feel too it. Pretty quiet, off the main road. We really loved the room itself. The breakfast on the other hand left a lot to be desired, especially for a $200/night room, cereal yogurt and muffins were all that is there. Would stay again but plan on eating elsewhere.

We received an upgrade to a remodeled kitchenette with a king size bed. The room was very nice with high end finishes. The hotel is set back from the highway and difficult to find. The wifi would not work in our room. When the property renovations are complete this will be an outstanding property to stay at.

Renovations were very nice and the rooms were quite large. We stayed in room with a kitchenette and it was fully stocked with utensils and dishes to use. Bathrooms were also really spacious. We loved the paniolo-themed finishes to the rooms!
