Stayed for 1 night, wasn't too bad but a little disappointing considering the price.
Pros- interesting decor, large bathroom, clean, neat and tidy. Friendly staff. Location ok, 5 mins out of Waimea.
Cons- musty room, dated decor, no TV. Overpriced ($200aud)
We stayed in the Passion Flower room in August, and it was wonderful. The room was very clean and neat. There is a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a large shower to boot. There's no television, which I like. It does get cold...More

It used to be a bed and breakfast but they stopped doing that in 2006. However I recommend that you stay at the Waimea Country Lodge. At the Jacaranda Inn my husband and I got bit really bad by mosquitos after about a week it didn't get any better so we checked out and stayed at the Waimea Country Lodge. In the same parking lot there is a restaurant called Paniolo country Inn and just about a mile down the same street is Hawaiian Style Cafe and they to have really good breakfast.(The Cafe is cash only, but well worth it).
