Not a five star hotel, but close. This is an older property located right on Hilo bay. Being an older hotel you can expect to find what yo find, but they have upgraded many things to add modern amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay there with them is comfortable. There are many dining...

Loved the view from the 8th floor. Beautiful, well maintained property. Restaurant satisfactory and convenient but not great. Would definitely stay here again. Hilo was bigger than I imagined...and the "vog" was interesting.

6th floor, ocean view, fantastic scenery of Coconut island. The best view on the island. The balconies offer a relaxing place to sit and read or have a drink. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and modern at an affordable rate.

We upgraded our room when we arrived to ocean side. A great view of the ocean and island area. Sitting on the balcony was peaceful to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We did experience some loud drunks at 2-3am two of three mornings we were there. Slamming of doors and yelling. That was the only downside to...

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was superb; many good restaurants nearby. Hilo has many attractions. Our only complaint was that the pool water was a bit on the cool side.

We stayed at your hotel for the weekend since my husband was playing in a softball tournament. This isn't our first time staying here. We've enjoyed ourselves every time we've stayed. The only thing that I would have fixed was the loud noise from the AC unit in the room. Other than that, everything was great!

We stayed here after our cruise last week when we flew back to Hilo. We upgraded our room to the water view. Lovely view with balcony. Room was decent size and clean and comfortable. They had 2 restaurants in the hotel, but don't buy the morning breakfast buffet if you don't eat much. Way overpriced for the little I ate....

We had a great room overlooking Coconut Island, a favourite picnic and play spot for the locals. From our lanai, we watched local kids jumping into the water, locals and tourists mingling on the bridge, and old-timers fishing in the lagoon right below us. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could want. The breakfast buffet...

Conveniently located with clean rooms. It is an older hotel but Hilo is not your resort destination. Great place for breakfast is Ken's pancake house. We would stay there again if ever visiting Hilo again.

We enjoyed our two days at this hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet, we had a nice balcony view of the water, and the restaurant was good. We stayed here to be close to the volcano - it was a bit of a drive, but not too bad. Would stay at this hotel again.
