This was a good place to stay in order to visit Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse monument. Decent room with 2 big beds, fridge and microwave. The restaurant was good for a dinner if like us you've had a long day and don't want to drive anymore . If you want to venture into the town I recommend Isabella's for...

This motel appears to cater to travelers like we were, coming SW late from Mt. Rushmore, and hunters. It is pretty basic, but adequate, especially when there are no other places to stay between Newcastle and Lusk, 80 miles south. It has a restaurant that is still under construction. Food was OK. All in all, if you find yourself in...

Expensive for a run down place, room needed to be aired out before we could stay in it, so we went swimming, no pool towels. Lots of loud renovation. If you had to stay one night just for sleep it's ok, but pricey. Does have microwave fridge and coffee and comfy pillows. Room was somewhat clean but outdated

Wasn't sure when I pulled up to the hotel. Appeared as though the place was on the decline. Actually being renovated. Our room was up-to-date, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was the same way and the meal was good. Would stay here again.

Good location for visiting the Black Hills. They start about five miles north on US85, but you are not paying a premium for actually sleeping there. A deck has been added to bar. It is also pet-friendly. The front desk is open 24 hours, so late check-in is not a problem.

Found this place on TA, it's okay if you don't expect much from a place to sleep. Pam at the front desk is very friendly and willing to assist. Room is all right, mini fridge, microwave, tv and there was a double sink! That was a nice feature. Bathroom does have hand holds for ADA, but the door cannot possibly...

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay, right off the freeway and easy to find. Located close to downtown and easily accessed. It is a motel setting where you can park near your front door. There is a restaurant upstairs that is open until 9PM, which was great as we arrived after 7PM hungry! The staff are friendly, the...

I went to lunch here with a friend. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday. Maybe because the waitstaff was indifferent, bordering on rude. Our orders were both prepared incorrectly, nearly inedible, and our complaints , when we were able to track down a waitress, were met with silence. She didn't offer to fix the order,...
