Excellent boutique hotel in a exquisite town. Service was excellent. Location was excellent. Note: the premiere king room with a view ($860/night) was not worth the price increase from the superior king room $525/night). The only difference was a bathtub for the 70% price increase.

Staff could not be nicer. Helpful, friendly staff and a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are very comfortable and a nice size. We had a fireplace in our room which was a nice surprise. Bathroom was slick and also pretty decent size. This hotel was a first class spot, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Spent a wonderful six days in snowy February and have zero complaints about this establishment. Just perfect all around. Quiet cozy room that both felt spacious and comfortable. Stellar amenities. A great bar (be sure to get the two dollar pistol cocktail). Peaceful library. And an amazing staff. Special thanks to Tommy for the wonderful customer service and helping us out with dinner reservations and a few excursions. The whole staff was great - from the doormen to the restaurant to the housekeeping. We felt valued and cared for - especially when Delta changed our flights and hotel management helped us with an extra night (didn’t even have to switch rooms). Hotel is a few steps away from Town Square and all the JH fun you could hope for. Looking forward to our return visit and stay at this place this summer! …
