Best thing is it is in downtown Jackson. Simple, clean units. No amenities. Hot tub broke and looks like they will not fix. Not staffed often, seems a secondary resort to one down the street. Staff is nice and helpful when they are there.

This is a fantastic location! You can walk to everything in town - restaurants, shopping, etc. However, if you're looking for nicer, upscale accommodations, this is not the place. Very basic rooms which haven't been updated in decades. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. However, as with virtually any rental condo, food storage containers are limited. I don't have answers for your other two questions.
