I have been to Jackson Hole 3 times with the family and 4 times on business. We stayed at the Rustic Inn 3 of the 7 trips, so that speaks volumes as I don't repeat a place unless I really enjoy it. Rustic Inn as nicely positioned at the end of town. easy enough to walk to many places (except dead of winter), has a nice creek running thru the property and is just peaceful. The staff is professional and efficient, but not warm and fuzzy (ok by me). The units are very CLEAN which is a must for me as a germaphobe in training. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection and should have something for almost all tastes. View depends on the unit. Don't expect towering peaks, vistas and panoramic views (to to Grand Teton Lodge in the National Park for view, but far out from town, restaurants, etc). The rooms were spacious enough but that is tough to gauge, not sure how much space you like. The online photos give a good description and pictures of the rooms. Privacy depends on which unit. If I recall, they have a map of the property online. If you have preferences that will make or break your trip, I would look at the property map and then contact the Rustic Inn and try to reserve a particular ROOM, not just a room on dates. This will insure a positive experience. Hit me back with any more questions, happy to help.
