This resort is set on a very nice property, with a creek running through it. I saw deer on the property and enjoyed the privacy of my own cabin. Most of the accommodations are cabins, and they are very nice. Great bed and bathroom. The little bistro and bar are great, too, with good food and drinks. My only complaint is my coffee maker was clearly on it’s last leg, and did indeed die on my last day. I told the office they needed to replace it before the next guest, but I like coffee before I leave my room so it was a bummer. However, the staff here is superb, and they do listen! I very much appreciated the free shuttle to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, as I was there to ski a few days.
Great location . Clean . I personally wish it had a soaking tub . Bar lounge was nice to talk to others about their day . The food at restaurant was not very good . They do have a free breakfast that was good as far as free breakfasts go. Having coffee and tea always in the lobby is nice
I’m a four time return guest and I am never disappointed in this property. In fact, I always look forward to staying here. The grounds are spacious, well kept and there’s a beautiful stream with deer walking through daily. We love that there’s the heated pool and hot tub all through the winter months. The lobby bar and restaurant are beautiful. The staff is always extremely friendly, give great “local” tips on food/entertainment. We have always stayed in a private cabin, their most popular accommodation option. We love the private deck and the inside has tall vaulted ceilings and windows. Beautiful glass showers. They also have an on-site luxury spa if you want to get a massage/facial. Walking to town is super quick and easy. Another amazing thing about this place, free shuttle to the ski resort out at Teton Village, Jackson hole resort. It’s $50 to park for the day at the ski resort so staying here at rustic inn saves you money already! Every time we come to Jackson, we never stay anywhere else.…
We stayed over Christmas break for a one week vacation. The resort was lovely, we had a room facing the creek. We watched elk on the mountainside, swans and ducks swimming down the creek and even an otter. The room was very large and we were very comfortable with enough space for skis, snowboards, etc. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, too. The morning breakfast varied between a buffet and a bagged breakfast meal. Both were very good. We walked into town to shop and dine since the hotel is very close to the main part of Jackson. We did use the shuttle to drop off my kids to ski/snowboard and to take my husband to a nature trail so we could hike. When we did call them to pick us up or drop us off we never have to wait long even though the shuttles are for entire resort. All of the staff were courteous, professional and gave us a lot of recommendations. On the days when it snowed it was magical to walk the grounds. We would stay here again. Thank you!…
We stayed in a 2br 2ba spa suite and all I can say is the accommodations were fantastic! Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had our own outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Cleaning service daily. Fresh a la carte breakfast was provided every morning and there is a bar for the the Spa Suites, no need to walk to the main lobby and bar. The service was awesome. Before we arrived we were contacted for special requests and we were also helped in booking excursions. The butler service during the stay was great in helping with information, scheduling shuttles or anything needed to make our stay exceptional. The grounds were kept clean and the location made walking into town an easy walk. Even in negative degree temps we walked to and from town daily for dinner. I recommend the Rustic Inn when vacationing in Jackson, WY! Can’t wait to go back!…
