I have had the opportunity to get to know the staff of the Super 8 here in Jackson over the last month. They have helped turn a dreadful situation into a positive one. Dan, Silvia, and Lytsi are all absolutely hands down amazing. They always greet you with a smile and have helped me SO much with literally everything and more. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Max as well, I have never seen such dedication and top notch attention to detail. He is one of the best customer service agents I have ever seen, his happy go lucky attitude can make anyone’s day! One last name drop for Kevin the General Manager, you can tell the pride he takes in his job follows him throughout his daily life. He takes his job seriously and he is amazing at it. I would rather be here at their particular Super 8 then at a 5 star hotel with sub par service any day! Check this place out if you come to good ole Jackson Hole, WY....you will not regret it!…
Unfortunately no elevators. However, staff very accomodating if need ground level. At least they offered a grab/go breakfast, although choices very limited and not great. Bed very comfortable, room was clean. Internet randomly disconnects repeatedly. Was decent for one night.
When we got here, check in went smooth. Staff was friendly. Room a little outdated but loved the canvas head bored. They had grab and go breakfast which is perfect and coffee and juices. I was very happy with my stay.
Booked this hotel on line prior to a 2 week road trip for one night. I chose it based on reviews and price although it is still very pricy at $160 a night. Then again everything in Jackson Hole is pricy. The hotel is about two miles from the town square but is in a nice clean area. The hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. There is a nice sitting area with drink amenities off the lobby. Due to Covid the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room was very comfortable with all of the amenities you would need. The bathroom was very clean but not very user friendly. There is no vanity area and only a wall hung lavatory. There is a small shelf that was not big enough to hold my shaving kit so I had to keep it on the bed while using it. Everything else met my needs. Yes, I would stay here again.…
This is probably a better Super* than average. The building shows her age. Room and fixtures were old but in good working conditions. Room size was small. AC unit notifies you when it's working hard. Although we were surprised that our room was pretty quiet throughout our stay. Breakfast was self-serve fruits (oranges/bananas) and small muffins. Overall it was ok for the cost.
