As other reviewers have said, the exterior is not very inviting and at first look when you head to your room it doesn't get much better. But, although the room could use updating we found the room to be very clean and comfortable. It was quiet event though we were there at a busy time. Staff was very friendly and...

While this hotel is certainly well-located, staffed with generally friendly people who try to be helpful, and thoughtful about details for travelers (water and coffee available in lobby all day), it definitely needs to upgrade its rooms to be consistent with its price point and its nice public spaces (lobby, breakfast room, pool). We stayed in the "suites" building, the...

You could be forgiven for thinking that you had booked into the State Penitentiary when you arrive and see the outside of this motel! It is built of dark brown cladding and some of the exterior is clad in rusty iron sheeting. However the inside is perfectly fine and there are plenty of pictures and memorabilia of days gone by...

This hotel is nothing like the reviews. The lobby is nice, the staff is friendly enough and the breakfast was OK. However, our room in the rear building on the second floor was VERY worn and dated. The carpet desperately needed cleaned. The furniture and woodwork looked like it had been installed in the 1950's. The hallways were also in...

This is generally a comfortable hotel, although the rooms are of variable size (we had two stays and the 2nd room was a bit difficult to get around). The wifi is good and free; the TV only seemed to have US channels (not even BBC World); good coffee machine in the room with coffee and tea available, although only powdered...

I needed a room for a night in Jackson in a hurry. This fit the bill nicely. The price was high for a Quality Inn but competitive for Jackson. Outside appearance was nice, lobby was inviting. They put me in what may have been the dowdiest of the hotel's three buildings, the one with three floors across the parking lot...

We visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton in late August. The plan was to stay in West Yellowstone for our entire 7 night vacation. However, when forest fires closed the road between the two parks we decided to try to find a room in Jackson for our last 2 nights. We felt very fortunate to be able to stay at the...

We were on a wildlife watching tour and this proved a good base to start and end our tour of the Grand Tetons and then on into Yellowstone. The hotel does not have a restaurant but is close to some excellent places to eat in town. The rooms were a little tight on space but were adequate for us. The...

I paid $185/night, which is about as good as you can get for around here. The good: The room was clean and large with a fireplace and an HVAC that worked very quickly, the included breakfast was very good, and staff was very nice. I could not get into the indoor pool and gym at 6:15am after having taken a...

Having been told that the hotel had been refurbished recently we thought that's nice. When we went into the room what a shock! First, the rooms have a front and rear doors. Entering from the front is from a hallway that is almost outside to the parking lot. The back door opens from an interior hallway right (almost) into the...
