We stayed in one of the $99 per night rooms for two nights, the rooms were clean and comfortable although the shower/toilet is compact. Our biggest problem was the noise factor, not from the road, but from the rooms upstairs, there appears to be no soundproofing or its just because this hotel is quite old, but every time the people...

Thank you for staying with us. It is unfortunate that you didn't sleep well. We are committed to our guests comfort and will work to improve your next experience. The rooms you stayed in are within a historic building that in it's previous life was ranger housing in Yellowstone Nat'l Park and built in the 1940's! Our condo units offer...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 19 January 2017

This hotel is very rustic, yet quite attractive and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the iconic Town Square, with its antler arches, and to excellent restaurants and wonderful shopping. Our room was spacious and very pleasant. Even though the room rate may seem high, depending on when you book, the lodge is near the Grand Teton NP and...

We loved the room; very comfortable and clean and cozy. Bathroom was very tiny, but doable! It is the 2nd oldest hotel in Jackson, and has been updated nicely; feels like a mountain home. There is no elevator, and there is no breakfast offered. Beautiful lobby area and very nice staff.

The very best part of this hotel besides the lobby is the location. You can literally take a two minute walk and be within all the action and shops. The room was very average and mostly outdated but it was clean and cozy. The bathroom was tiny. The room had a mini fridge and flat screen tv. The hot tub...

This was a convenient place to sleep. Nice facilities and helpful staff. It was just a short drive to restaurants and coffee shops. Even though close to the toad, we did not hear a sound. Comfortable!

The outdoor Spa facilities were very clean and awesome! We could hardly lock our door at night, it took pushing on the door to deadbolt it! Put a hip into it! Also the lighting is super dark and could use an update! Otherwise our stay was super pleasant.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us - we very much appreciate the feedback. Glad that you were able to enjoy our hot tub! I will work with maintenance to look at the door issue. We have switched to LED lighting in most rooms and I hope that helps with the issue you raise...

We arrived at JHL recently for a few days of skiing. The staff persons at the desk were very friendly, helpful, and readily accessible. The condo unit we were in was very clean, very comfortable, and convenient from the parking lot. It is a very short walk to downtown and restaurants and pubs. The bus to go to Jackson Hole...

First of all, the lodge was very clean and well maintained. It also featured a really nice hot tub/pool with wheelchair access that ourselves and many other guests enjoyed. I would stay here again when visiting Jackson. I forgot my ski pants and coat in one of the closets and didnt even realize it for two days. When I called...

Room was very nice and everyone was friendly and helpful. The main lobby is very pretty and warm inviting. Close to everything, we were even able to walk to Snow King mountain. My only wish was that they had a car to take guest two and from the airport, cause taxis are $40!

Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed our accommodations and location in the heart of downtown Jackson. My husband and I arrived with another couple, having rented a 2-bedroom condo. Unfortunately our stay during February was in the midst of 7' of snow, a warming period, then rain and back to freezing weather. We arrived to a literal flooded entrance, trying to get into the lobby without wading through 8" of water. If that was bad, once...

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. Yes, the winter of 16/17 has been a challenge - February was the wettest in history!
