The ranch I'd visited the last three years closed this year, so I looked for another ranch that fit my personal criteria -- small, not pretentious, concentration on riding, and a day's drive from Salt Lake. The Lazy L&B fit all those criteria. Keep in mind, this is a dude ranch. If you're looking for a spa with lots of...

I have been waiting all my life (I'm in my 40s) to take a trip to a ranch and ride for a week. Since I was travelling alone, I was somewhat nervous about how everything would go, but from the moment I stepped foot on the ranch I felt welcome and at home. Deb and Jason are so friendly and...

We went the Adult Only week in September, and my husband and I had a wonderful time. He rarely rides horses, but he enjoyed the hospitality, food, and camaraderie of the other guests and wranglers. Deb and Jason were excellent hosts, and they did everything to make the week so enjoyable. Deb met us at our car as soon as...

My wife had always dreamed of going on a horseback riding vacation, but I had always remained skeptical and unsure of whether I'd actually enjoy myself. We both love the outdoors and visiting new destinations, but the thought of spending a week on horseback...well, I wasn't convinced. Eventually, I decided to start researching Guest Ranches and came across the Lazy...

This vacation exceeding all of our expectations! The wranglers did a great job pairing the horses with each rider's skills (family of 4, with 3 non-riders). Lazy L&B is located in a perfect setting, tucked away in a valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The rustic cabins are very clean with nicely updated bathrooms. The chef prepared delicious food each day,...

If you're looking for a fun adventure, this is it! We took our 15 year-old son and 12 year-old daughter as well and everyone had a great time. The owners and employees are the best, friendly, and engaged. The landscape is beautiful and the ranch itself is perfect. First day, we meet everyone, including our horses, a go for an...

Let me start at the beginning--- Deb, Jason, and their daughters could not have been any nicer! What a great family to have the honor and privilege of calling my friends. Secondly, the staff were, by far, the kindest people I have ever had the experience of working with. From our master chef Ryan (every dish was AMAZING) to James,...

As I read the reviews of the Lazy L&B Ranch before we went, I was hoping that our trip would be as incredible as the previous guests described in their reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. The ranch is everything described in the reviews below and more. The Lazy L&B surpassed every expectation! I’ll enthusiastically recommend to my friends and family that...

I love this part of Wyoming for its dramatic and scenic mountains,so when I read about the Lazy L&B in "Cowboys and Indians" magazine and THEY gave it high marks,I booked my trip! I was apprehensive about coming alone, but I felt like a member of the family.I was greeted by Deb as soon as I stepped out of my car,she...

The staff and accommodations at the Lazy L&B Ranch were top notch! Our cabin was clean, comfortable, updated and inviting. The food was amazing! The real reason we came was for the horses and breathtaking scenery, which will certainly not disappoint anyone. There are plenty of activities and attractions to entertain people of all ages. We would definitely recommend the...
