Really big room with comfy bed. Sink in main room because no room in bathroom. Toilet has pull above. Quite a few tourists going through downstairs and even some up. No elevator but desk clerk carried up our bags.

We visited Cody as our gateway to Yellowstone. We went to the indescribable Buffalo Bill Museum then headed a few blocks downtown to see the hotel/restaurant he had built in 1902 and named after his favorite daughter. We had not planned to eat but a couple coming out commented on how good the Prime Rib was. We are welcomed in...

Game of poker going on in the corners, bar has patrons and everyone was friendly. Even met someone who is from my little town in Texas. Just historical. Stop in for a beer and look around. The pictures are very interesting.

Of course the reason you stay here is for the history of this place, the legends and stories. It certainly has atmosphere, the rooms are adequate, if not a little quaint. The beds however are small (queen size). There are rumours of ghosts walking the hotel and we heard noises in the night, our opinion however was bad plumbing in...

The Irma Hotel is an historic place. They also have great food and service. The prime rib buffet was awesome. After dinner we sat in the porch and watched the gun fight show then took the bus to the Cody Rodeo. The people are friendly at the Irma and go out of their way to make your stay a rememberable...

We enjoy staying at the Irma in the older rooms. We try to make it there at least once a year. We enjoy the history and atmosphere of the hotel. The food was acceptable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is normally quiet in the off-season, but we ended up there during the St. Patrick's Day festivities, so there...

Family and I stayed here in the off season. We liked it. The old decor is great. Kids and I loved the history of the place. The rooms are nice enough and spacious, beds comfortable. Downstairs can be like a maze but it was kinda fun wandering. We didn't try the restaurant but the wife and I had a drink...

Stopped in Cody to see the museum and decided to stay at the Irma. Very historic place with lots of character. A bit quiet in the off season, but affordable and clean. We stayed in the new wing. It needs a bit of TLC but the staff was great and we ate in the restaurant twice. Close to everything.

I was so excited about spending the night at the Irma Hotel. They actually have large brass keys for the rooms. Unfortunately we had a room on the first floor adjacent the bar's bathroom. It was a Friday night and the room's location was unacceptable. The short time we were there bar patrons used the facility continuously. We requested another...

Just stopped in for the history while walking around Cody. Lunch was a good hamburger and fixings at a reasonable price. Service was very good and the atmosphere was pretty close to old west. Fun walk around the hotel had some interesting pictures and old items and furnishings around.
