Stayed over a long weekend with 3 other couples. It is old, dated and wonderful! Beds comfortable, rooms clean, great little bar, and a good restaurant for breakfast/lunch. Staff was friendly. Great place for the price! We would stay here again.

What an interesting hotel, built in 1925 and full of history. If you are looking for big modern rooms of the chain hotels, don't stay here, but if you like history and like to support off-brand businesses, this is the place! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Yes, it could use some updating, but that would spoil the charm...

The Androy is an older multistory hotel located downtown Superior. We asked for a updated room following the advise mentioned on Trip Advisor. The room turned out to be very nice! It was nicely decorated, had beautiful furniture, and even a ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable. The only bad thing about it is the bathroom in our room...

It's very dated and in need of a little remodeling, but it was entirely clean, the staff was very nice and it was in a great location right on main street. They even give you some drink coupons for the downstairs bar.

Typical older hotel that was probably quite elegant in its day, 30's, 40's I'm guessing. It actually has a long interesting history. Not pet friendly, but people were people friendly I guess. Decent bar off the lobby as well as what looked like a restarant but it was late and it was closed. Not all rooms have air if I recall....

Great old building maybe not a four star but then it would take away from the historical atmosphere if it was. Sunday the rate was only $55! Nice people Tom awesome guy bartender. They left many old artifacts like a mail system that you drop your mail in and it drops to the lobby. I guess WC Fields and some...

We booked the Androy hotel for one night and were told that some of the rooms were updated. Well, maybe they were, but ours was not! The bathroom was disgusting! The bathtub was so old the finish was worn off and there was a huge black stain in the tub - hopefully from the years of the faucet dripping! Then...

Let me start by outlining our situation a bit. My husband and I were on our way North through MN, heading up along the North Shore, and knew we'd need an inexpensive place to stay near Duluth. We also needed it on a few days' notice, just for one night, and were looking more for cheap over great amenities. Here's...

We usually come to Superior for Labor Day weekend and have never considered the Androy until now. This was an enjoyable stay in the historic hotel with everything at your disposal in downtown Superior.

We made a trip to the "historic" Androy in July 14. My first clue that the hotel was probably on the bottom of everyones list was it was the only hotel with any rooms available. WALKING into the lobby I was not impressed as there is no AC. The front desk staff is very polite. Pros Cheap Clean walking distance...
