From the moment we arrived, it was apparent we would like the Holiday Music Hotel. The Christmas Tree in the Foyer (This was September) gave us a clue to the quirky nature of things and the receptionist said it was "Always the holidays at the Holiday Music Hotel". My eye was taken by the new looking dial up telephone on...

What a wonderful surprise to stumble upon this 50's style motel. We were skeptical about reserving due to the late notice and lack of research of the area for last minute accommodations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff (Jennifer) made us feel right at home. Rooms were themed right down to the transistor radios and dial telephone! We had a fun time...

Spent 2 nights, and we would definitely stay here again. Dog-friendly rooms available. Location is very good / across the street from Stone Harbor / where you can walk the waterfront. 2 blocks / 5 min walk puts you on 3rd, where you can walk either way. Many restaurants / shops / visitor center within 5 min walk of the...

This property is dated but that is part of it's charm. The staff was helpful in providing info on things to do and giving directions on how to get to places in Door Co. There was room to walk our little dog. A quiet restful place. We would stay there again.

Friendly staff and a cute breakfast area. Fun place to stay with good sized rooms. Half block from the harbor where there is a tiki bar on the water with lots of water traffic. Close to a brewery in a very nice downtown area. It is only two bock away. Great job on recreating the retro look.

When you pull into the parking lot, you might feel like a twilight zone episode. Both the outside and entrance/lobby look like they might have in the 50's. The ambiance gives way to friendly staff, efficient checking and comfortable rooms. Though decorated in retro, the rooms and bathrooms are large. The very comfy beds give a great sleep. Room has...

We try to avoid chains whenever possible but with a toddler the romantic B&Bs aren't really our scene either so we're increasingly on the lookout for these old motels that have been renovated and/or well looked after. This one is a gem; the mid century modern decor is just awesome, rooms spotless, staff unbelievably nice, and I appreciate its green...

Door County was on our bucket list and when we consulted Trip Advisor, their first recommendation was the Holiday Music Motel. Pictures showed it to be very retro. When we got there we were delighted. Felt like a trip back to our childhood. We liked it so well we booked the rest of our nights there!!!

This is a very nice and clean place. Awesome throw back to the 50's. Great people and very close to the waterfront. It had a normal small breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and juice. Was very comfortable beds.

We weren't sure what to expect and a little unsure due to the low price. It ended up being a great place to stay. It was very quiet. Rooms were retro and fun. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful in finding local places to explore. If I am ever in the area again, this place will be my first...
