My husband and I stayed at the Lucerne Inn recently. We met up with two other couples and enjoyed a wonderful dining experience together. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon by the pool. The room was very clean and included a fireplace, jacuzzi and towel warmer, etc. Our room overlooked the pool and the mountains...beautiful view. The continental...

The front of the hotel is on the street and pleasant but unremarkable. The rear of the property is forest and fields with views of a nearby lake. Our room was large and well appointed. Large comfortable bathroom. The restaurant was excellent ( best fried potatoes ever- you have to try them). The room is quiet and comfortable with views...

My mother my sister and I stayed at the Lucerne Inn recently. What a lovely place! Our room was charming, with a comfortable queen size bed, a fireplace, a cot and one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing at hotel. Our view of the pool, Lucerne lake and the mountains was spectacular. Highly recommended.

Rooms are dingy and dated. Interior spaces need a new coat of paint. The toilet was wrapped with one of those "disinfected" sashes, but when I opened the lid, saw that someone had used it and did not flush. Obviously the maid had not checked or disinfected. I feel like I'm back at the Howard Johnson in Bangor, which was...

I have gone over your review with our housekeeping staff and have been assured that they...

We booked this Inn as a stay-over on the way home from a Cruise. . Very impressive, peaceful and pleasant Inn with a nice inn-style room. Superb complimentary breakfast (don't prejudice the cheesy scrambled eggs; they are delicious). . Very friendly staff.

The dining experience was wonderful. The fireplace in the room is great. The overall room is outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was awful, you could have eggs and sausage, but had to microwave them.

Took my wife for a night's getaway during a promotional. Junior Suite. Very large. Bed-couch-chair all very comfortable. Didn't use gas fireplace or jacuzzi tub. Other furniture a collection of inexpensive new and marble-topped antique. Carpet slightly stained. Toilet seat needs replacing and shower wasn't hot. Room comes with complimentary a continental breakfast. Would that all continental breakfasts were like...

We have stayed here quite a few times in the past in celebration of our Feb. anniversary but this was the first time back for an overnight stay in about 3 years. We took some time online choosing our particular room of choice from your pictures (we wanted one similar to the one we had stayed in past years). When...

The inn was very enjoyable. I had a mountain view so you have the chance of a sunrise n sunset depending on the sun. There is a gas fireplace, heated towel rack n jacuzzi tub.You are about 1 hour from Bar Harbor n Arcadia National Park. Very enjoyable stay.

Exceeded expectations. Totally relaxed in a warm and inviting romantic environment. Quiet, behind the scenes service if wanted/needed. Delicious meals, nice view, fabulous fireplace. So glad to have booked 2 nights - renewed and ready 2015!
