Room stunk, don't know if it was the cleaner or what but it just stunk. Continental breakfast was 3 day old coffee and donuts were like hockey pucks. Both apple and orange juice machines had signs on them Empty, why bother. Big dopey dude behind counter was just a jerk, asked about senior citizen discount and got a smart a--...

Had to get a new room off the bat cause the bed was falling off the frame. Huge white stain in the middle of the floor. The sofa was so old I wouldn't want to sit on it as it may swallow me alive. Asked for extra pillows and was told they can't afford them. Coffee in room does not...

Was very disappointed. Called before making reservation to confirm hot tub and was told yes they had one.....never mentioned it was broken (the main reason I chose to pay more since I needed it for medical reasons and did not want to hassle with the commotion of a swimming pool and noise). Room was clean, bathroom was NOT! The only...

Didn't know anything about the area when we reserved this hotel. The staff was friendly, but the hotel is in need of an update. The room was clean. There is no hair dryer, but you can get one from the front desk. The ice machine was broken, but when I reported it, it was fixed by evening. We were there...

I wouldn't stay here if I had another choice. We stayed here for the PGA Championship. It was close and the reviews around the web didn't seem too bad. They were wrong. The place was dirty. When we entered the room there was a burger wrapper and empty mickie d's french fry container on the floor between the beds. When...

Used to stay here for most of my solo trips to Road America years ago. Hadn't been in 7 years and apparently neither has a cleaning staff. It just dark and run down. Worst hotel bed ever. I barely slept and checked out at 5:30am and a day early. Not even knowing if I would find availability elsewhere. Figured Road...

My wife and I differ on the review. The inn didn't meet her expectations, but it exceeded mine. I'm writing the review. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, the towels were large, and the price was very affordable. The room looked recently rennovated, albeit a little plain. The room has a fridge. We agreed on that....

Room was clean. Bed was quite comfy. A/C worked well as did Wi-Fi once it was reset. Public spaces have a musty mildewed smell but, room did not. No one at front desk when it came time to check out. Housekeeping serviced rooms everyday as they should. Hardly a gem but, not quite a dump.

I stayed in this cozy and beautiful Inn a few weeks ago. The owner is a warm hearted and friendly guy. The rooms are spacious with all modern commodities and a big and clean bathroom. The Inn also has a swimming pool for warmer season. We were helped by the kind proprietor who eagerly suggested interesting places to visit and...

I'm giving this a 4* because it was much better than all of the 1* reviews on here... Yes it had its problems, but it provided a nice nights sleep while we were up at road America for the weekend. Problems that I'm sure you will read about elsewhere..... Dirty and stained carpets, a green water hot tub, a stained...
