I wanted to take my wife somewhere special for her 60th birthday, so I booked two nights at the County Clare Irish Inn and Pub (she really wanted to go back to Dublin, Ireland...LOL). The room were very quaint. The room itself was large, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very large. The PUB was like we were in...

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to give the County Clare such a grand review. I hope your wife had a great 60th birthday. I know she wanted to go to Dublin, however, we certainly come close! I am happy that you noticed all the new updates in our room. The beds and mattresses being one...

The hotel rooms are located above the bar. How convenient! It is really more an Inn though. Never felt hotelish. It was quiet upstairs and we slept well. Breakfast is included but Sunday breakfast offers far better fare than Monday's did. Rooms are older but clean and atmosphere is everything. Enjoyed the pub as well. Specials, which include beer and...

Hi David, Thank you for such a generous review. I'm really happy to hear that you felt our establishment was much more of an inn than that of a hotel and it seemed to surpass your expectations. Next time you are in town for a Packer game be sure to check out our sister inns, St. Brendan's in Green Bay...

Took Family (5) There for lunch, we did not have reservations but only waited 15 minutes. Great menu that has a good variety on it. Since it was still early they had brunch going on and I saw lots of people have huge Bloodies. We all did lunch and 3 of us had RUBAN's and one had Salmon sandwich and...

Hello and thank you for the glowing review. Yes, you cannot go wrong with our Reuben sandwich or our gigantic Bloody Mary. I am happy to hear that your group of five did not have to wait too long and that you had exemplary service. Please visit again soon!

Folks at UWM put me up here when I visited campus. ThMy room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a large window that provided lots of natural light for the few hours I was there during the day. Breakfast choices were limited, but my omelet was cooked to order perfectly. I had supper in the pub one evening, and there...

Hello and thank you so very much for the thoughtful review. I am happy that you were able to enjoy your room even if it was just a few hours. Natural light makes a world of difference. Ben makes a mean omelet and our kitchen staff has limitless talent. I'm glad that you enjoyed your fare! I hope that when...

I booked a king suite on the 3rd floor for a thurs and fri night. The room was big, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a few stains in the carpet but that was minor. The staff was few friendly and the food and drinks were excellent. Parking and breakfast was included (no bagged eggs like most...

We've stayed here two or three times now and have always had a very nice time. The rooms are inviting, personal, and not like those produced by more corporate hotel chains. Very homey. Hot tubs in rooms are awesome. Overall a very nice feel for a romantic night or two away. Having the Irish restaurant downstairs is great. We usually...

This is our second visit to this hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and spaceous. Easy parking, friendly staff. My only complaint was the coarseness of the sheets, they were quite scratchy. Other than that we loved the downstairs pub it is cozy and fun with a genuine Irish feel. I would stay here again.

Happy New Year! Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us. I love hearing how much you appreciated the pub and your room. As for the sheets, that is something I will certainly look into. I'm sorry they were not as soft as they could have been. I hope you will be back for a third stay! Slainte!

Oh, I love County Clare. When I lived in town, we were there meeting friends and going to movie nights. Now, I treat myself once a year for my birthday.
