The location is great. It's close to the lake shore trail and many places to eat and shop. The overall room was little dated and there wasn't heat control in the room so it got a little warm at night.

Love the keys. And I remembered to return them. The ambience takes you back in time, but authentically rather than "retro." And because of its authenticity, some of the edges are wearing just a little thin, Adds to the charm because everything is clean and works.

The location was great for visiting the Milwaukee area. However, for some reason, the room was given to me on the first floor, close to the lobby so I heard noisy college kids laughing and keeping me up all night. Also, my room was closest to the restaurant, so I heard people coming in for breakfast bright and early at...

My mother and I asked for a room on the ground floor so Mom could have an easier time getting around and the staff made sure we had one. Parking was down the street, just a few steps from the front door.

We stayed here for an event at the Bradley Center. Hotel had parking, and we could walk to the Bradley. Lots of other amenities were close, too. We enjoyed Mykonos Greek Cafe: subs, breakfast, and beer! Plaza staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We stayed in a suite for 6 with a kitchenette. The info at reservation time sounded perfect,...

The Plaza was such a great place to stay. Not only can you walk around Milwaukee comfortably from the hotel, but the hotel itself is historically unique while still being cozy and clean. I plan to use The Plaza the next time we are in the city.

The Plaza is my favorite Milwaukee hotel. I love the Art Deco architecture and decor. The rooms are huge, there's a lot of storage, and the full kitchen is well-appointed. The furniture is more like you'd find in someone's home than on a typical hotel. The cafe (breakfast and lunch only) is outstanding--perfectly prepared food in an elegant dining room....

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza, and have been telling our friends of the wonderful experience. The room was very nice, and the location of the property made it easy to enjoy our stay in Milwaukee. The best surprise was having breakfast at the Café in the morning. The food was amazing, and the experience could not have been...

The hotel rooms need a general update / upgrade. The kitchen area in our room was very unappealing to use which was a shame considering this was a big part of the reason we chose this hotel. The furniture in the rooms were old and need to be updated, as well. Cleanliness wasn't an issue at all - very clean...
