Great service along with comfort. My suite was huge and the king size bed was comfortable and clean. The Concierge Lounge is roomy with the usual breakfast and evening snacks. Susan is pleasantly accommodating. The shuttle service availability was convenient and on time for airport trips and daily trips to and from work. Falling Water, the restaurant in the atrium,...

This is now the 3rd time I have stayed here, and it has gotten better each time. The staff and the welcome was nothing short of phenomenal. The concierge lounge was very nice and well stocked. The lady up there was really friendly as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Other than the bacon smell in the room in...

This is 9th time we stayed here. Not worth the money. My employer takes care of accommodations and pay for the room. This was not up to par. As a standard procedure when checking into a room I pull the sheets back. The one bed had not been changed from the previous guest. I called the front desk and said...

While nice, this hotel didn't have anything that was particularly special about it. We had a corner room on an upper floor so it was quiet in the bedroom area, but in the evenings you could hear the noise from the atrium in the entryway and a bit in the seating area. I imagine if you were on a lower...

All in all, this is an adequate Marriott business hotel. The soaring atrium gives great atmosphere and I found the service to be top notch. Check in was fast and polite. Wait staff were cheerful and fast. The hotel will benefit from updating but I would stay here again.

Dingy hotel, dingy rooms. The staff was unfirendly, and they charge you $15(!!!) a day for WiFi access. This is not a good hotel. Stay somewhere else when you go to Madison, there are plenty of other nice options.

Recently stayed at this hotel for the first time during the Wisconsin Track Coaches Association Coaches Convention. Our rooms were typically hotel rooms - but no complaints. The front desk worker that helped us with our rooms was fabulous. I believe her name was Alexis. She was spunky, friendly, and very welcoming. There were over 2,000 + track coaches her...

This property had alot of complaints on tripadvisor but I thought the room was fine, concierge lounge was pretty good, service was good and the lobby restaurant had a good menu and beer/wine selection. The gym and pool were pretty good as well. Not sure what all the complaints were about and I travel every week.

Beware this Marriott does not provide the level of service or attention to detail that I've enjoyed elsewhere. Check your room and bathroom before you unpack anything. I've found hair in my shower, the walls are paper thin. The carpet looks like it was recently installed, but it was poorly done, the carpet is loose and could potetentially cause someone...

We booked a normal King room, but were upgraded to stay in one of the One Bedroom Suites. One of the perks of the Marriott Rewards Program. We stayed in a great room in the corner of the building. It was very quite. The room was clean from top to bottom. The bed was very comfortable. I'd like to say...
