Clean, quiet and in a small town (Medford, Wi). Come to town for family and grateful to find a place that is updated in a small town. Staff were super helpful and that is always appreciated when traveling.

An amazing well kept hotel for a small town place. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay and convenient. It has an indoor pool. I didn't use it but it looked inviting. Ample parking.

As a last minute find the staff was quick to accommodate. We encountered friendly service, no lines and no extra paper work. They emphasized "no smoking" very harshly with a $500 warning. No biggie for us as we don't smoke anyhow. The hot tub and pool are open until 10pm for children and midnight for adults. I gave the hot...

The staff were great and even let us check in early since I had called ahead of time. My husband and I took a dip in the pool at night, and the hot tub and pool were both comfortable temperatures. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, waffles, breads, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. The room was also nice...

We stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding and ended up getting charged $500 for room damages!!! We were told that it was probably from smoking. Funny thing is neither me or my husband smokes. We contacted the manager about this charge and was told they would have to go through their records and that their findings would be...

Thank you for taking the time to review my hotel. I’m sorry if you misunderstood me when you called me to discuss the $500 charge. The charge was because someone smoked in the room that was registered under your name. Again, I’m very sorry I don’t remember telling you I would send you information regarding the charge. Your call came...

Was here in August 2014 and since then, the hotel has changed owners. Only the owner has changed, the business has remained fantastic. The staff is great, the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Each time we entered our room we were met with a clean fresh feeling. There are several eating establishments within walking distance. ( The Medford cafe is next...

We stayed here with a large group to attend a funeral in town recently. The desk staff allowed us to gather in the lobby and order pizza and share stories about our loved one late into the evening. The rooms met expectations for the location and price point. Importantly, they were clean. The free breakfast was great, with waffles and...

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. We liked the clean, updated rooms. Staff was friendly. The girls liked the hot tub. The lobby was comfortable and big enough for the team to have a meeting. Breakfast was included. Close to restaurants.

We travel often throughout the state and have usually had good experiences with this chain (formerly AmericInn) and this hotel was overall a good experience. My highest expectation from any hotel is that I am going to be able to get a good nights rest and take a good shower. Their beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The...

Overall not a "bad" hotel...just need some updates. I was hoping the renovation would have been more extensive, however it was the same as when it was Americaninn. The one major complaint we had was the order of the place...smelled like cheap dollar store air freshener and our room smelled like rotten feet.

Jason, Thank you for taking the time to give me your comments. I do appreciate them. I'm sorry my hotel was not what you expected. My staff and I all certainly do our best to make your stay an enjoyable one. We did as many updates as we could his past year with most of them in the rooms; with...
