The room is so-so only, already renovated but still can be improved. All the staffs there are very helpful, friendly and warm. The weather there is very cooling, scenery is awesome. Meanwhile, be better if aircon is provided (understand that it is quite chill at night, but since I do not want to open up the window because of bugs and...

I traveled with a big group of friends. The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient with our many requests. The resort covers a vast area of land (actually mountains). I stayed in the waterfall area while my friends stayed in the villas overlooking the lake. The two zones are far from each other. You have to take a resort...

We were impressed by his warm hospitality and also their friendly staff. Such service is difficult to find in other resorts/hotels. The room & bath...

We stayed in a lake view room for 2 nights and the view was truly heartstopping . Mr Bennet, the manager, upgraded us to waterfall room for our last night...

We stayed in Tongging Point, which is still partly under construction. It did not affect our stay in any way. The grounds of the Resort are huge so to get from one place to...

This is a hotel with huge complex and a lot of activities such as farm tours, horse riding, golf, kids activities, etc. Nice view of Lake Toba, food is great, but some of the hotel building is still under construction, as well as other facilities. They have lots of cafe's though

Although it took us very long time from Central Java to go to the resort, it was worthy! The resort was very big. If you have family with children, it's a nice place to stay. Many activities you may join in the resort. I personally like the waterfall hiking trail the most. And the view of Lake Toba was so...
