We stayed at this Premier Inn as we were going to a christening in a nearby village church. On arrival the reception staff were very polite, informative and friendly. The room was very clean and the double bed was very comfortable, the room was very hot at night as the weather was hot but there was a pedestal fan provided...

This Premiere Inn is ideally situated for both the city, the Broads or the coast being only about 16 miles from Great Yarmouth. The hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy with ample towels and a very comfortable bed. There are plenty of parking spaces available and a very pleasent Brewers Fare restaurant next door.As usual...

It was very hot on our last visit but without being asked we were provided with a fan and a sheet to use instead of the quilt. we were also given more in room beverage on request. Nothing is too much trouble

The hotel in located on the edge of a business park and very close to the A47, but you get no noise. You can drive to a park and ride within 4 minutes. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. The only down side is there us no air conditioning, which in 30 degree heat is uncomfortable,...

We stay in Premier Inns up and down the country on a regular basis and this was one of our more disappointing experiences to date. The staff were OK - not super Premier Inn quality but friendly and helpful to a point. When we mentioned our problems they didn't bring up the Good Night Guarantee - perhaps we should have...

An average premier inn with average service and awful food in the brewers fayre. I asked for a rare t-bone. i got a well done t-bone. sent it back and i'm pretty sure the same one came back, just as well done. there were some funky smells going on and there was a breakfast buffet, which means rubbish fried eggs....

We find that Premier Inns are consistantly good and reasonably priced. The Brewer's Fayre restaurants provide high quality food and good value for money. We regularily visit the Brewr's Fayre at Grantham and have stayed in various Premier Inns

I feel really guilty posting this as I'm a huge fan of the Premier Inn brand and ethos but something just wasn't right about our stay last weekend. It's been so difficult to identify the problem and having thought long and hard about it, I'm sure it's a staffing issue. We stayed for two nights on Friday 19th and Saturday...

I had stayed in this hotel a couple of years previous for 1 night while visiting friends so after a good experience this time did the same again. We stayed for 2 nights leading up to the May Day Bank Holiday. Superb welcome by the ladies on reception making a fuss of my 5 year old and giving him crayons...

We have just arrived back from a two night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and just what you expect from a premier Inn. Beds are always comfy and bathroom well equiped. The only downside to this room was the heat! The weekend we stayed here was cold for the normal temperatures for this time of year,...
