We stayed at McKeever lodge in one of their "executive suites". AMAZING view, good food in the restaurant, nice heated pool, even a nice game room with pool tables, ping pong, etc. We've stayed here several times, and just keep coming back for the relaxing...More
Gorgeous views. Peaceful surroundings. Excellent food and service . Tree decorating cocoa and cookies. Family games and movie night. Swimming, trail rides, arcade, nature hikes. Too many numerous things to name. Great couple of days!

I imagine you're talking about the McKeever Lodge? If you go to the Pipestem Resort website, hunt & you should find a virtual tour of a suite. It seems to show a balcony view of the gorge, but when we made our reservation, we specifically asked the person if our room had a view of the gorge. I'd suggest that you do the same.
