Warm, cozy B&B with charming atmosphere. Sandy is a lovely proprietor and did everything to make our stay delightful. My friends and I were at Highlawn over a weekend and both mornings, Sandy prepared a lovely feast that had lovely options that were naturally gluten free. Note- please call in advance to ensure they have gluten-free bread. They're very willing...

We loved our stay at the Highlawn Inn. Sandy is a kind and generous host and we learned a great deal about the history of Berkeley Springs and of the historic inn. The bedroom was adorable and very clean. The claw tub bath was a real treat! Finally, breakfast was delicious and served in courses. Loved all of it and...

Staying there is like staying at a family friend's home. The food is delicious and the menu is planned with detailed care.. The ambiance is vintage charm. I LOVE their cats as they visit among the guests. Wonderful spa experiences. Vintage shopping, delicious restaurants, wonderful juried crafts and gift items! Sandy and Tim go out of their way to make...

My wife and I stayed in the Algeron room which included a full bath with an old claw tub, a separate room with a very large Jacuzzi which is fed by the towns mineral water. Room was clean, the cat is very friendly and is great company. Breakfast wasnt to bad. Sandy was very...

We discovered this Victorian Inn some 25 years ago. It is our destination every February for St. Valentine's. We enjoy our room, the delicious breakfasts and on the Saturday of the week-end, the special dinner prepared by Sandy and her staff. This past dinner was delicious and plentiful as usual. Some of us are regulars , others first timers. We...

Came for a one night getaway with my husband. This place was like staying at your grandma's house that hasn't been updated in 20 years: old bedding, peeling wallpaper and paint. I don't know how everyone else on Trip Advisor got such clean rooms...when I pulled back our sheets they were covered with both cat and human hair. Rug looked...

We made a stopover here on a long roadtrip, so we didn't have much chance to enjoy the place, but it was a simple, charming country inn. Owner was very nice, and so was the kitty. We hope to go back for a longer stay.

A weekend getaway made even more special by a lovely stay in the Carriage House. Our first visit to Berkeley Springs and we were very lucky to have found this quaint inn run by the sweetest and most helpful staff. Sandy is a delightful woman and was so helpful and kind during our stay. Breakfast was fresh and hearty. The...

From the moment my husband and I drove up to this delightful Bed and Breakfast, I liked it instantly. From the well-maintained grounds, to the wrap around porch, it was charming. The lovely decor of the house, I couldn't help but fall in love with it. Extremely clean and very decorated with kitty cat items and teddy bears of all...

A very neat house, a warm welcome, and nice comfortable rooms, but the breakfast was so-so, and so the B&B experience, all together, wasn't what we'd hoped it would be. In sum, therefore, it seemed to be somewhat over-priced.

Thank Tim M
