The room was good but overall the hotel could use an upgrading. It is showing its age. We staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just "ok". Could have more items. The price was good so overall it was worth the value. Very quiet rooms.

Half of the exterior lights were not working. People watching the parking lot. Not a good neighborhood. We did not want to leave our vehicle unattended so we left without staying. Did not get a refund since it was not 24 hours notice.
I recently gave Yakima Days Inn a bad review. The front desk manager took care of the problem! I received the item I left behind and they paid for the shipping! I have since then have reconsidered staying at a Day Inn, Yakima included. Thank you for making it right with me.
