Hotel Murano provides top notch service and is always welcoming to us convention delegates. I have stayed the past 3 years and they really try hard to please. The area is central to several tourist destinations and there is a free shuttle to nearby areas you can catch about a block away. Do your homework in advance to find out...

If you want to leave a place feeling so much better than when you came, stay at Hotel Murano! Very comfy atmosphere! Relaxation as well as fun! Spa and fitness and a great big comfy bed (and tasty food) makes this place very exquisite, inviting! And, when you go, ask for Michael at the Bite! This waitor aims to please!

Thanks for helping to make our convention an enjoyable experience. The relaxed surroundings and beautiful decoration made for comfortable evenings of dining and conversation with our friends. I enjoyed a good night sleep ready for the mornings. Thank you for the continental breakfast.

Very expensive for room size, beds not very comfy. But was clean and very modern. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Continental breakfast was pathetic, Danish and bagels and coffee only. Free self parking, easy to find and able to walk to many different and really good restaurants and many museums.

My wife and I planned a 3 day stay. Checked us in early with no problems. Lovely room on 21st floor with great views. Quick elevators(always a bonus). Parking was easy even with a fully booked weekend visit. Light rail a block away and its free. Didn't use the car for a whole day which was nice. If you need...

We had a group rate in connection with a convention, bringing down the price. The service and cleanliness were excellent every day and the location was extremely convient to get to different parts of Tacoma, especially downtown. The resturant was first class and the views were great.

We arrived at 9:45 pm our room wasnt ready so we had to sit in the lobby until 11 to wait for our room. The bath tub wouldn't work. The food wasn't good. And they tried over charging. We paid 260 for a jr suite that wasn't worth the money at all.

This hotel is very upscale in appearance in the lobby and exterior. Room was neat and clean but average. No microwave in room which would have been nice for our breakfast as they only offered pastries, coffee, milk and juice for our 3 day convention. Location and neighborhood is great. We may stay here again if the opportunity arises.
