We literally were in the hotel room for 20 mins maybe... we looked around and didn’t want to even get comfortable. There was a hair tie left in the shower, popcorn on the floor, other crumbs on the alarm clock, the alarm clock also started going off. Did not feel clean at all. We left and got our money back right away

Room was outdated dark smelled like cigarettes and musky mold, bed was ok, the service was awful and I mean awful, rude and nearly impossible to find anyone for any help locked my keys in room had to wait hours outside to finally find someone to help. Phone didn't work and none of the others did either I had to keep going back and fourth and re plugging it in again with no help and still never got solved. The managment tried to do what they thought was good customer service but to me they need to find a job more suitable too young too many responsibilities and too much to handle for them. It's too bad that hotel could be great if the right person came along.

This place left a lot to be desired. Pictures of hotel are obviously staged as it looked nothing like that. Our room was not ready and neither was the room for the other couple in our party. They had a dog and were supposed to be in room 118 but for some reason it was not ready and the staff was doing nothing to get it ready. Finally they did give them another room but the key was missing so they had to rely on staff to let them in. It was difficult to find anyone to help if you did have a problem. Our room was descent and for the most part it was clean. Breakfast was a joke, no coffee or milk for cereal. And once again no staff available to ask about these things. The area where breakfast was served was dirty, trash overflowing in garbage can and under coffee maker lots of crumbs had been pushed under obviously when counter was wiped off. I probably will not stay here again.

We arrived at 4 after a long day of travel for our reservation, but no rooms were ready. Finally got into the room after 5. Room was OK at best, but the faucet on the sink was barely usable. If you do stay here, be sure to use a credit card, as that may be the only way you will ever recover from being double-billed. Sadly, this takes Stevenson off my list of places to stay.

This hotel is troubled. Worn furniture, Paint needed everywhere. Fans not working in bath, and missing bulbs. But the real problem: turn back the sheets and dead flea on both beds and fluid spots on the sheet. They offered to change rooms. That one had blood on the curtains near the door, the lock broken and not replaced. It looked like the result of a violent attack weeks ago. Scary. The owners/management was very nice to us, which makes writing this review difficult for me. Somebody has to financially fix this hotel before it is closed down by the health department.
