We made a reservation with Phyllis over the phone for a busy weekend in Spokane. We were glad to find an opening and cancelled other alternate reservations and put plans in place to stay at the B&B. Later in the week, Phyllis sent us an email indicating that they have a 3-night minimum stay for that time period. She went...

Our room was very pleasant and clean. We had the en suite room and the bathroom was nice and also clean. The owner was helpful and friendly without being nosy or overbearing. The common areas are charmingly Victorian in style. The location is convenient--close to Gonzaga University and the main thoroughfares of Spokane. The food was out of this world...

This property is an elegant reminder of years past. One can envision horses & buggies passing by on the wide street. The hostess is warm and friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the room while small was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, good location for shopping, Gonzaga University, parks and activities, and good breakfast. A grand old house with charm. Convenient parking and quiet neighborhood. Next time we're in town, we would stay here.

I was here last week on business and enjoyed my stay, so had to come back. The rooms are cozy, breakfast delicious, and good location. The Inn keeper is very congenital. Good value for a quiet room and yummy breakfast.

We needed a place for Gonzaga's GEL weekend and it was the perfect place to stay! Everything was ready for our fairly late arrival, the room was just right - comfortable bed, private bath (I wouldn't go any other way!) and every little thing thought of - well appointed. Breakfast was perfect - just enough and well prepared. The house...

Very pleasant stay at this B&B. 3 of us shared the blue room and it was very comfortable. It's close to shopping and Spokane activities. Breakfast was very yummy and we enjoyed visiting with the other guests.

I had an absolutely amazing two night visit. Phyllis was kind enough to upgrade our room from the Green room to the larger Blue room because it was going to be empty all weekend. Breakfast was fantastic. My partner and I got engaged during the trip, we are already planning on returning next year for our anniversary!

The place was beautiful and had just the right touch of decoration to make it feel cozy. The beds are super comfortable and the owners are super sweet and friendly. It is close to Northtown mall and a lot of downtown Spokane. Located in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes.

Within walking distance of Gonzaga University. Phyllis is very accommodating and gracious. Delicious breakfast. Only caveat is that East Indiana Street is a busy and noisy arterial. Not much of a problem in the wee hours, but if you retire early, it could be an issue. In which case specify a room off the street.
