My husband and I stayed here for one night before my husband had surgery the next day. Disclaimer-we didn't have to pay for this hotel as it was covered by veteran services. I will not be able to comment on bang for buck. What I can comment on is the experience. Check in and out was easy. Staff was very... More

We paid for the week and got assigned to building C, room 2007. When we opened the door to the building, we were knocked over by the smell of the kind of cheap deodorant sometimes found in Mexican restaurant bathrooms. I couldn't believe it. I didn't want to stay there because that smell will pretty soon permeate your clothes. But... More

Clean large room, a little off the beaten path which was nice but close to lots of business concerns. Older facility but in very good shape. On the north side of Spokane in a nice side of town. Very basic free breakfast.

Peoples' reviews make me chuckle. Yeah, this joint is old, but so are thousands of other places just like it. We booked two very large rooms to accommodate our entire family, after celebrating a wedding on the Northside. The rooms were just fine. The furniture is old (who cares); the carpets are worn (who cares); and the parking lot is... More

We have been staying at this inn for the past 20 years. Our last visit it just seemed to be getting worse and worse. The rooms are still fairly clean and freshly painted. We stayed two nights and had two different no smoking queen bed rooms, this was due to our deciding to stay a second night after checking out... More

The room was dirty and old. It was so filthy that I wouldn't walk on the floor with no shoes on. The air conditioning did not work and was really loud. It was so disgusting that I wouldn't cover myself with the bedspread. Horrible place. If you want cheap and dirty, this is your place. Ugh

I've stayed here several hundred times over the past 15 years on business trips to Spokane, Washington. The Inn is rather old, the room carpets should be cleaned more often in my opinion, however the staff is friendly and there prices are very reasonable.

The Inn is old and showing it's age, but the management is keeping it clean and for the money, not all that bad. It is noisy being right on Division. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Had no problems with the room. It does have good WiFi.

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The beds were hard for me and I did not sleep well, however my husband did. We stayed on bottom floor and you could here every stomp and step and creak and crack and people as they went to the toilet. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, just wish... More

Staff is friendly, and accommodating. The pool is very clean. We stayed in a family suite which was nice to have a separate room! Full sized kitchen and fridge!!! The price was excellent! Definitely check this place out! Will stay here again if in the area!
