Located in Browne's Addition neighborhood, one of many repurposed mansions, within walking distance of downtown. All rooms different, with short and longer-term rentals. Our room was furnished art deco. Clean kitchen. Our hostess has chickens and vegetable garden and left bowls of fresh eggs and veggies on the porch. Wraparound porch and beautiful landscaping very relaxing. It was kind of...

Nice quiet location in a very nice neighborhood with other great old homes. We were in a huge room downstairs with plenty of space for two queen beds and an antique store's worth of assorted furniture. And a great porch to sit out on. Friendly welcome. There is no breakfast, but that's fine with us because we usually like to...

Professional, cordial, gracious. Who would open classy rooms like this to strangers with doggies? They have even created a little fenced yard to accomodated pets, with a gazebo there to enjoy. It is an amazingly beautiful, unique corner of Spokane just above where 2 rivers meet. There is plenty of walking places. My favorite is to follow the Spokane River...

Been traveling for work for over 15 years and this is one of the best places I ever stayed. I already wrote a lengthy review but I am not sure if it took. Location 2 minutes from downtown. Gorgeous neighborhood - amazing view from a cliff looking over the river. Just a perfect stay. Been here almost two months. Today...

I had the good fortune of finding The Odell House when I came to stay for a week in Spokane. My recently-acquired dog allergy meant I couldn't stay at my dog-loving family's home, but The Odell House was ready to meet my need with a unit fully suited to those with pet allergies. They keep several units pet-free while welcoming...

The Odell House management were extremely considerate of a travel error that I made in booking hotels in the Spokane area (another member of my group booked a hotel close to our destination in Coeur d'Alene at the same time I booked the Odell House). I had made my reservation at the Odell House in the afternoon of the day...

Thanks to this traveler for writing. I hope another time we can keep them, but I wanted to note that we were happy to be flexible because it was such a reasonable request! Sure, our policy says we do not cancel reservations withing 24 hours of check in. This assumes that we have held space for perhaps an extended period...

My husband surprised me with a getaway to the Odell House B&B in Spokane. It was lovely! Really eclecticly furnished room, very comfortable and relaxing. There were fresh eggs left in the fridge and coffee, so we cooked ourselves breakfast and enjoyed it on the wraparound covered porch. It's in a lovely neighbourhood, with some really funky restaurants within walking...

I found the hosts to be horrible, rude people. The place was a dirty apartment with worn out furnishings. Just stay away from there. Do yourself a favor and seek a cleaner place with a lot less traffic with nice people. This place isn't it.

My husband and I stayed in Unit C for four nights. We had a wonderful time! The unit had a full size kitchen which was perfect because I was able to cook some of our meals to save us some money on dining out. The queen size bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! The sheets, comforter, and...

Dale couldn't have been more helpful and the set up is fabulous. We had ground floor bedrooms, a bath and a small kitchen.decorated with beautiful things. The setting is in the historic Browns Addition, kitty corner from the Art and Culture Museum and Campbell House. We walked to a music fest and did people watching. Had breakfast at Jenny's and...

These guests were the most charming people--well traveled, fun and interesting. The unit they stayed in was the Gallery, which is our smallest unit, and yes, has two almost identical queen beds which is useful for some stays to be sure. Most of the units have a bigger kitchen than the Gallery, but a more formal one bedroom setup, then...
