This place has no pool as advertised. Several travel sites ssid there was a pool but there isnt. There are no brochures to provide information about what this property does provide. Internet did not work in my room. The desk person told me it was fine but it wasnt. I have had this happen before in hotels and someone always...

We were very tired and wanted to just rest. They changed our room three times because something was wrong in each room. The ac didn't work in our room so they gave us a fan. Molding was falling off the wall and the room had a "certain" odor. The room was so outdated that the TV was a tube type....

Our choice for breakfast was at the recommendation of others. The plates were filled! The service was good - kind, friendly folks. The sausage patty was for me the extraordinary touch. It was huge and delicious! And a great compliment to the eggs and toast. Skip the hash browns. Pancakes and omlets were also devoured by my small party. Tall...

Average hotel. It wasn't fancy but the bed was comfortable and I liked the microwave and fridge. We went skiing for the weekend with our toddler. They did let us check in early which was nice! Not fancy but great location! All the staff was friendly and nice. the breakfast restaurant attached had good food and decently priced.

I pulled off the clear road into their driveway between the snow walls. I was suddenly in deep packed ice with ruts and holes. I got my SUV stuck in a deep rut, couldn't go forward or back. Just ahead the parking lot was clear and there was a guy running a big loader with a manager looking guy micromanaging...

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. It was a short ski trip and needed a place to stay. Lots of snow, the hotel was a winter wonderland. Parking was easy. The staff was VERY kind, got us into our room right away and made the stay very easy. The hotel is in good shape, maintenance is a plus. Our room...

We decided to stay up at the Pass for a few days so I could practice skiing prior to a trip to Switzerland. The Summit Inn was very reasonable and more than adequate for our needs. We had a microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, television and good internet. There was nothing fancy, but it certainly served our needs for a...

Horrible customer service!!! We booked our trip through Expedia... when we got to the hotel we were told our room had been given away and they were at 100% occupancy. We had to argue our right to a room. (The only reason we stayed is because it was 5pm and there wasn't anywhere else to stay) We found left over...

If you're looking for a decent hotel, this is not the place. It is the only hotel at the summit so there isn't much options. The place is very old and you can tell by the decor. It seems as if the place has not been updated in years if not decades. They don't have the cheap quality box TVs...
