Arriving late at night I was confused how to get to the hotel, steps from the airpoirt. At the taxi area there is a phone which you can reach a great amount of hotels including this one. A shuttle is available for guests and I was very pleased to see room cleanliness and design. A very good option if you...

I originally had a reservation for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites but upon arriving at the airport in Seattle, I received a coupon for this hotel so I decided to stay here for the night. Overall it's not a bad hotel, average at best. The room was clean and the food was decent in the hotel's restaurant. The staff...

We like to spend a night here on the way in and out of the airport. Great food next door. Good shuttle. Comfy lodging. A little pricey but nice. Good little breakfast. Efficient staff. If you need dinner, the Broaster is great.

Upon arriving from our flight I called the hotel for the shuttle and he arrived within ten minutes. The lady at the front desk was cheerful and checked us in promptly. The room was clean and larger than I expected. Being that close to the airport I was concerned it would be noisy but it was very quiet. The only...

THE BAD: Hotel seems outdated. Alarm clock didn't turn on - had no display. Beds were squeaky. No liners for any garbage cans. I didn't like the fact that there were actual glasses for drinking instead of recyclable cups. One look and I could see lint from the rag that they wiped the glasses down with... but who knows what...

Clarion is across from SeaTac, and very clean. We had a 4 night stay. The staff was extremely helpful, and tidy. The TV in our room didn't have a very clear picture, but still watchable. Who needs TV in Seattle anyway?

This place is where my company sends overflows. The staff is salty at best. On my first visit they sent me to two occupied rooms. On my second visit there was obvious prostitution going on, along with used needles in the parking lot. The beds are old, but the bedding is clean. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in...

Staff is very friendly. It's a 3 star hotel only because it has a restaurant. Food is awful. Stacy at check in was very gracious under terrible conditions. 10 people checking in and she had no help. This is an inexpensive airport hotel for a reason. Rooms are large and well appointed. Microwaves. Refrigerators. TVs are analog. Unacceptable. This is...

Stayed here recently on a business trip. I travel a lot and am very tolerant of the many different types of hotel experiences one can expect from frequent travel, but......This hotel needs some work. The outside of the hotel looks nice, no complaints. The front desk area is crowded when lots of people check in at the same time. The...
