We spent one evening at Lake Quinault Lodge in May 2014. It rained the entire time, but was still a wonderful weekend! We stayed in a fireplace room adjacent to the main lodge, which was clean and cozy. We got out for a short hike between rainstorms, and thoroughly enjoyed the dining room for dinner and breakfast the next morning....

The hotel rooms with a view of the lake and a fireplace are very romantic. It was quiet, secluded and a great getaway weekend. Look for their specials since it is a little pricey. Great pancakes in the restaurant across the street.

From the first moment inside Lake Quinault Lodge, we were transported back to a time of quiet, peaceful holidays, before TV and Smart Phones. Wonderful food and service. Great hiking trails and waterfalls with wide choice of difficulty. Many activities. Best thing? The tour next day!!! We saw trees, rivers, elk and bear. We learned more than we've learned on...

My wife and I stayed at the Lodge April 24 (2014) and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. As historic preservation professionals we were drawn to the Lodge for it's historic character and charm, as well as the proximity to lower elevation, early season hiking possibilities. Believe me, there are few places like this with such a network of trails at the...

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay. The lodge is old, beautiful, well kept, great for anyone interested in a little Washington history and outdoorsy classiness. Wonderful service, great food! And dessert to die for. Our room was clean and wonderfully decorated. The service in the restaurant was really great, and overall we had an enjoyable, quiet, relaxing getaway.

Built in the 1920" the Lake Quinault Lodge is the picture of a bygone time with elegant beauty and amazing surroundings. We stayed in one of the pet friendly boathouse rooms which was clean and simple with two very comfortable queen size beds. It overlooked the expansive lawn and the lake. The food at the Lodge restaurant was delicious and...

This old lodge is just a precious vehicle to transport anyone to a very different era. While nothing is quite new or luxurious, it's a treat to get a room with a beautiful view, no phones and no amenities. But, it is a unique setting so enjoy! Do be prepared for waits in the dining room. It took an hour...

What a great location - historic and slightly rustic lodge / hotel in a great, lakeside location. Desk service was fine, but the room in the main lodge was cramped - why the necessity to squeeze two double beds into a room leaving just enough room to get between them I don't know. For our money we would have preferred...

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend but not travel too far. Lake Quinault is a beautiful area. It was a very relaxing weekend which is exactly what we were looking for. We booked the room and breakfast, so we decided to go to the Salmon House for dinner. I had the broiled salmon and my...

Beautiful lodge on Lake Quinault with many outdoor activities and forest trails for hiking around the Lake or in the rain forest. Rooms in the historic section are small but well maintained. Main lodge lobby has huge fireplace with many comfortable chairs and sofas. Lots of historic pictures and beautiful dining room facing Lake Quinault. Great family get away with...
