You can relax and enjoy being on the beach, a cozy beach house, and warm hospitality -- while being close to Port Townsend's great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. You are literally steps from the water and can be lulled to sleep by the gentle waves....More
My wife and I were on an unplanned road trip when we came upon this beautiful and ideally located bed and breakfast. Beautiful place, great value, excellent food and wonderful hosts. We will surely return.
There were many things I liked about this place but other things that bothered me so this will be a mixed review. The house is in a central location so we could walk to see all the stores, museum and restaurants. There is a large...More
Had wonderful weather and hospitality and breakfast! Second time I have stayed there. The garden is a joy to walk through. We got lots of good advice on restaurants as well. Biked along the coastal bike trail for a delightful day and then hiked up...More

There is 1 very cozy bedroom on the main floor. I know because that is the room we stayed in. The bed was very comfortable but the room is tight. The bathroom is private for that room however it is outside the bedroom around the corner off the little back hallway. A little quirky but it is an old home modified as a B & B. The owners are super nice. If a person knows the clearance their whhelchair needs, it would be simple to measure widths of the hallway, around the bed, bath etc... The bathroom is also a narrow room but getting into the shower, I think was almost flush to the floor and I think they had safety handles. I think. There are a few steps to negotiate upon entering through the front door as well as their side porch. But I wouldn't think twice about calling and asking. The owners might be prepared to accommodate your need in ways I am not aware. It is truly a lovely, restful place to stay with a delicious breakfast for you the next morning. Definately worth it!

"Upstairs rooms have better view, worth the 1 flight of stairs if you can manage them."
